VFS Global Learning Implementation.Client: VFS Global, Mumbai (India).Worked as a solution architect for learning module of for end to end implementation of LMS and JAM module .Conducted requirement gathering sessions and prepared the Solution Design Document (SRD). Conducted LMS Project Team Orientation (PTO) session, technical, functional workshops and assisted customer in filling workbook. Helped the client to streamline the process and align with the system capabilities. Designed the system in accordance with the requirements and provided the system playback.
