Current with one bridge person onsite and sub-leads in offshore makes the communication flow easier. WebDAV server was set-up and now on testing phase. It is scheduled to be up and running by 5/2. This will further improve the file transfer between RP and JP. 10Copyright AWS</p> <p>Conclusion We are not Flash developers but we were able to deliver. We trained the new members by following a training plan created by onsite team. This training plan was based on helpful materials gathered by the team during their study. Some items were also taught by other members who already had experience on Flash. We were we able to create a training package out of this project.
