Isaiah 50:4-9

• 4, 主耶和华赐我受教者的舌头，使我知道怎样用言语扶助疲乏的人。主每早晨提醒，提醒我的耳朵，使我能听，像受教者一样。

• 4, The Sovereign LORD has given me an instructed tongue, to know the word that sustains the weary. He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being taught.

• 5, 主耶和华开通我的耳朵，我并没有违背，也没有退后。

• 5, The Sovereign LORD has opened my ears, and I have not been rebellious; I have not drawn back.

• 6, 人打我的背，我任他打。人拔我腮颊的胡须，我由他拔。人辱我吐我，我并不掩面。

• 6, I offered my back to those who beat me, my cheeks to those who pulled out my beard; I did not hide my face from mocking and spitting.

• 7, 主耶和华必帮助我，所以我不抱愧。我硬着脸面好像坚石，我也知道我必不至蒙羞。

• 7, Because the Sovereign LORD helps me, I will not be disgraced. Therefore have I set my face like flint, and I know I will not be put to shame.

• 8, He who vindicates me is near. Who then will bring charges against me? Let us face each other! Who is my accuser? Let him confront me!

• 9, It is the Sovereign LORD who helps me. Who is he that will condemn me? They will all wear out like a garment; the moths will eat them up.

JOHN 20:1-29

• 1, 七日的第一日清早，天还黑的时候，抹大拉的马利亚来到坟墓那里，看见石头从坟墓挪开了。

• 1, Early on the first day of the week, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene went to the tomb and saw that the stone had been removed from the entrance.

• 2, 就跑来见西门彼得，和耶稣所爱的那个门徒，对他们说，有人把主从坟墓里挪了去，我们不知道放在哪里。

• 2, So she came running to Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one Jesus loved, and said, "They have taken the Lord out of the tomb, and we don't know where they have put him!"

• 3, 彼得和那门徒就出来，往坟墓那里去。

• 3, So Peter and the other disciple started for the tomb.

• 4, 两个人同跑，那门徒比彼得跑得更快，先到了坟墓。

• 4, Both were running, but the other disciple outran Peter and reached the tomb first.

• 5, 低头往里看，就见细麻布还放在那里。只是没有进去。

• 5, He bent over and looked in at the strips of linen lying there but did not go in.

• 6, 西门彼得随后也到了，进坟墓里去，就看见细麻布还放在那里。

• 6, Then Simon Peter, who was behind him, arrived and went into the tomb. He saw the strips of linen lying there,

• 7, 又看见耶稣的裹头巾，没有和细麻布放在一处，是另在一处卷着。

• 7, as well as the burial cloth that had been around Jesus' head. The cloth was folded up by itself, separate from the linen.

• 8, 先到坟墓的那门徒也进去，看见就信了。• 8, Finally the other disciple, who

had reached the tomb first, also went inside. He saw and believed.

• 9, 因为他们还不明白圣经的意思，就是耶稣必要从死里复活。

• 9, (They still did not understand from Scripture that Jesus had to rise from the dead.)

• 10, 于是两个门徒回自己的住处去了。• 10, Then the disciples went back

to their homes,• 11, 马利亚却站在坟墓外面哭。哭的时候，

低头往坟墓里看，• 11, but Mary stood outside the

tomb crying. As she wept, she bent over to look into the tomb

• 12, 就见两个天使，穿着白衣，在安放耶稣身体的地方坐着，一个在头，一个在脚。

• 12, and saw two angels in white, seated where Jesus' body had been, one at the head and the other at the foot.

• 13, 天使对她说，妇人，你为什么哭？她说，因为有人把我主挪了去，我不知道放在哪里。

• 13, They asked her, "Woman, why are you crying?" "They have taken my Lord away," she said, "and I don't know where they have put him."

• 14, 说了这话，就转过身来，看见耶稣站在那里，却不知道是耶稣。

• 14, At this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, but she did not realize that it was Jesus.

• 15, 耶稣问她说，妇人，为什么哭？你找谁呢？马利亚以为是看园的，就对他说，先生，若是你把他移了去，请告诉我，你把他放在哪里，我便去取他。

• 15, "Woman," he said, "why are you crying? Who is it you are looking for?" Thinking he was the gardener, she said, "Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have put him, and I will get him."

• 16, 耶稣说，马利亚。马利亚就转过来，用希伯来话对他说，拉波尼。

• 16, Jesus said to her, "Mary." She turned toward him and cried out in Aramaic, "Rabboni!" (which means Teacher).

• 17, 耶稣说，不要摸我。因我还没有升上去见我的父。你往我弟兄那里去，告诉他们说，我要升上去，见我的父，也是你们的父。见我的神，也是你们的神。

• 17, Jesus said, "Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet returned to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, 'I am returning to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.'"

• 18, 抹大拉的马利亚就去告诉门徒说，我已经看见了主。她又将主对她说的这话告诉他们。

• 18, Mary Magdalene went to the disciples with the news: "I have seen the Lord!" And she told them that he had said these things to her.

• 19, 那日，晚上，门徒所在的地方，因怕犹太人，门都关了。耶稣来站在当中，对他们说，愿你们平安。

• 19, On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said, "Peace be with you!"

• 20, 说了这话，就把手和肋旁，指给他们看。门徒看见主，就喜乐了。

• 20, After he said this, he showed them his hands and side. The disciples were overjoyed when they saw the Lord.

• 21, 耶稣又对他们说，愿你们平安。父怎样差遣了我，我也照样差遣你们。

• 21, Again Jesus said, "Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you."

• 22, 说了这话，就向他们吹一口气，说，你们受圣灵。

• 22, And with that he breathed on them and said, "Receive the Holy Spirit.

• 23, 你们赦免谁的罪，谁的罪就赦免了。你们留下谁的罪，谁的罪就留下了。

• 23, If you forgive anyone his sins, they are forgiven; if you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven."

• 24, 那十二个门徒中，有称为低土马的多马。耶稣来的时候，他没有和他们同在。

• 24, Now Thomas (called Didymus), one of the Twelve, was not with the disciples when Jesus came.

• 25, 那些门徒就对他说，我们已经看见主了。多马却说，我非看见他手上的钉痕，用指头探入那钉痕，又用手探入他的肋旁，我总不信。

• 25, So the other disciples told him, "We have seen the Lord!" But he said to them, "Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe it."

• 26, 过了八日，门徒又在屋里，多马也和他们同在，门都关了。耶稣来站在当中说，愿你们平安。

• 26, A week later his disciples were in the house again, and Thomas was with them. Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, "Peace be with you!"

• 27, 就对多马说，伸过你的指头来，摸我的手。伸出你的手来，探入我的肋旁。不要疑惑，总要信。

• 27, Then he said to Thomas, "Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe."

• 28, 多马说，我的主，我的神。• 28, Thomas said to him, "My Lord

and my God!"• 29, 耶稣对他说，你因看见了我才信。那

没有看见就信的，有福了。• 29, Then Jesus told him,

"Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."

• O Lord my God, When I in awesome wonder Consider all the worlds thy Hands have made; I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder, Thy power througout the universe displayed.

主在墓中安睡Christ Arose

• 1/3 主在坟墓安睡，耶稣，我救主！等待复活日来，耶稣我主！

• Low in the grave He lay, Jesus, my Savior! Waiting the coming day, Jesus, my Lord!

• 主从坟墓里复活，得胜一切仇敌与罪恶，主复活，得胜黑暗君王，从此永远与圣徒一同作王；主复活，主复活！哈利路亚！主复活！

• Up from the grave, He arose, With a mighty triumph o’ver His foes; He arose, a victor from the dark domain, And He lives forever with His saints to reign; He arose! He arose! Halleluiah! Christ arose.

• 2/3 兵丁守墓无用，耶稣，我救主！对石夜归虚空，耶稣，我主！

未见而信者有福了Blessed are those who have not

seen and yet have believed

• Christ the Lord is risen today, halleluiah! Sons of men and angels say: Halleluiah! Raise your joys and triumphs high, Halleluiah! Sing, ye heaven’s and earth reply, Halleluiah!

• 2/4 血战完毕凯歌腾，哈利路亚！爱之救赎已完成，哈利路亚！万般苦楚主尝尽，哈利路亚！黑暗化作大光明。哈利路亚！

• Lives again our glorious King, Halleluiah! Where, O death, is now thy sting? Halleluiah! Dying once, He all doth save; Halleluiah! Where they victory O grave? Halleluiah!

• 1. 我信上帝，全能的父，创造天地的主。• I believe in God, Father Almighty,

Creator of heavens and earth;

• 2. 我信我主耶稣基督，上帝独生之子；• I believe in Jesus Christ, His only

begotten Son, our Lord,


• 3. 因圣灵感孕，由童贞女马利亚所生。• conceived by the power of the

Holy Spirit, given birth through Virgin Mary,

• 4. 在本丢 · 彼拉多手下受难，被钉在十字架上，受死，埋葬；

• suffered under Potius Pilate, was crucified, died and buried;


• 5. 降在阴间；第三天从死人中复活；• He was descended into the

Death, and the third day was raised again from the dead.

• 6. 升天，坐在全能父上帝的右边；• He ascended into the Heaven,

seated at the right hand of Father Almighty,


• 7. 将来必从那里降临，审判活人死人。• and will come back from there to

judge the living and the dead.

• 8. 我信圣灵；• I believe in the Holy Spirit,


• 9. 我信圣而公之教会；我信圣徒相通；• the holy universal Church, the

communion of the saints,• 10. 我信罪得赦免；我信身体复活；我信

永生。阿们！• the forgiveness of sins, the

resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen!
