audience where it hurts to get the message

across, which is exactly what we did in this

targeted campaign for Mission Orthopedics.

MISSION HEALTH SYSTEM-ORTHOPEDICS

RESULTS: Website traffic increased

over 300% over the course of the

campaign, resulting in the highest

click-through-rates of any online

campaign to date—55% above

industry average.

WEB, TV, AND RICH MEDIA: A :30 TV spot along with a dynamic rich media campaign worked together to

point people to the Mission Orthopedics website, resulting in increased web traffic and referrals.

ASHEVILLE REGIONAL AIRPORT

RESULTS: The Airport launched

an entirely new integrated

campaign of outdoor, print, airport

signage, radio, television, radio

banners, website, and smartphone

site optimization in the spring of

2011. By summer, Asheville Airport

reported their best July ever, with

the work generating good buzz

among their key targets.

THE GROVE PARK INN RESORT & SPA

RESULTS: When the campaign launched, phone volume at

the registration desk went through the roof, increasing by

nearly 200% in a down economy. Customers fell in love with

the fresh, new look. The client was over-the-moon happy (as

were we).
