The charges were filed late on Friday in thecentral city of Ormoc over the sinking of the KimNirvana ship, according to regional police headChief Superintendent Asher Dolina.

KUWAIT: Pinoy assistant instructors in cooperation withPilates and More Gym held an hour and half workout featur-ing power packed “Jumping” paired with broad lower bodyworkout “Flowin” Friday morning at the Pilates and MoreGym located at the mezzanine floor of Emall in Hawally.Twenty five participants both instructors and non instructorsattended the so called event and led by four highly competi-tive and certified fitness trainers. The event kicked off with abrief introduction by the main organizer and founder of theGym Team followed by safety instructions delivered by train-ers Janice Capili and Marissa Tambis. The warm-up segmentcomposed of low impact routines on specially made trampo-lines and later progressed to set of advanced moves onincreased music tempo. A brief combination of abdominal

workout and stretching ended the first segment. A shortbreak followed after the workout. Instructors MartisaVendiola, Roxanne Samiana and Olivia Ledesma gave shortinformation of Flowin, its benefits and effects in toning thelower body. KUWAIT: Thunder Dragons continued its expanse of winning,UAE Exchange return with a vengeance after losing for three con-secutive weeks and reunite with the elite group in the eight weekof the Philippine Bowling Association in Kuwait (PBAK) 2ndSeason Team Tournament 2015 held at Cozmo Bowling Center atKheifan. The Original Pin Killers known as ‘silent killer team’stopped the struggling Swooping Eagles 2858-2680 and the AsianAir Safari repressed the soundless Magnum 2953-2772. Other tri-umphant teams were LEAF, Bowlersmate and Travel Club.

The peerless UAE Exchange team tamed the fearless MangafStrikers in their collision at Lanes 11 & 12. In the first two gamesthe Remittance King taught the Apprentice a lesson with stagger-ing scores of 1970-1506 resulting to 464 points difference but thecourageous Mangaf Strikers retaliated in the third game and out-smarted UAE Exchange 888-881. After the final count the resultwas 2951-2419 in favor of the remittance king with the able lead-ership of Bader Malalah (551), supported by Freddie Santos (532),Rani Skeik (510), Renato Pante (510), Rudy de Lima and MariotteVito. Mangaf Bowlers were Jayson Gamba, Jun Janoras, RobertOpena, Restie, Ernie and Yolly dela Torre. The clash of the titans was an exceptional encounter when inthe first game the Thunder Dragons and All Star Strikers producedidentical score of 902 and the 25 game points was equally divid-ed. In the second game the Dragons outscored the All Stars 987-
