    PHN II: L THUYT CHUNG I. NGUYN LIU ETANOL I.1. Tnh cht ca Etanol

    + Tnh cht vt l: Etanol (C2H5OH) l cht lng khng mu, mi thm, d chy, d ht

    m.Etanol to hn hp ng phvi nc c thnh phn 95,47% th tch.

    + Chy hon ton nh c oxy sn c trong cn nn ta gim thiu cqu trnh sinh kh COc hi ra mi trng.

    + Gim tiu tn nhin liu do ng c khng chy ht nhin liu. + Oxy ha cc kh c hi trong qu tr nh chy gy ra thnh hp cht

    Braxin l quc gia sn xut etanol tuyt i ln nht th gii hinnay. T 15 nm nay, tt c xe c Braxin u chy bng etanol tinh khit,y nh l mt v d in h nh v vic khai thc nng lng sinh khi(Biomas).

    Nm 1975, chnh ph Braxin a ra mt chng tr nh sn xut etanolt ma gii quyt vn gi ng th gii hgi v gnh nng ngycng tng ca ngnh du m sau cuc khng hong du m nm 1973. gii quyt vn ny ngi ta tn dng cc nh my ng hin c xut etanol. Chng tr nh ny ko theo m rng din tch trng ma v xydng thm cc nh my sn xut cn tuyt i. Sn lng nhin liu sinhhc ny tng u n, t 0,6 t lt nm 1975 n 14 t lt nm 1998. T cunm 1970 ton b xe c Braxin dng nhin liu c cha 20% etanol thay th cho xng v diesel m khng cn thay i ng c. T nm 1984n 1988, tt c s t mi c bn ra th trng u chy bng cn tui. Nm 1988 cc loi xe ny tiu th ht 7,6 t lt cn, trong 5,3 tlt dng pha xng, cn li dng cho t.

    II.2.3. Phng php sn xut cn tuyt i bng vt liu hp ph chnlc - Nguyn tc ca phng php:

    + Da vo kch thc mao qun ca zeolite 3A cht hp ph ny cth hp ph nhng phn t c kch thc nh hn kch thc mao qun khng hp ph nhng phn t c kch thc ln hn.

    + Khi s dng zeolite 3A hp ph sn xut cn tuyt i, bn chl cht hp ph chn lc nc trong hn hp nc v etanol c nng thphn.

    + Kch thc ng hc ca nc l 2,75Ao < 3Ao.

    + Kch thc ng hc ca ru l 3,95Ao

    > 3Ao
