FACT-FINDING: A detailed review of the job specification forms the ba-sis of our search. We’ll also ask you questions about the organisation, the team, the brand, company ethos and specific skills or qualifications that could be advantageous, if not essential.

SEARCH: We source candidates through a number of means. Our grow-ing database of highly skilled professionals, social media, our network of contacts and targetted email campaigns are just some of the tools employed to attract and engage with promising individuals.

SCREENING & SUBMISSION: Once we have a shorlist of strong candidates, we vet them for suitability in terms of the job specification, fit to the role and passion for the brand. Only when we have filtered down to the very best talent in the field do we submit them for your consideration.

INTERVIEW & FEEDBACK: Following your review of the candidates, we support you in arranging interviews, delivering feedback and putting offers to the candidates. Equally, we advocate on the candidate’s behalf eliminating load on your time during the recruitment process.
