Main Accountabilities: Support the Global BU in meeting ABB, customer, legal, and other stakeholder
requirements and responsibilities. Participate in BU/PG’s Management Team meetings. Develop BU and PG’s HSE strategy, in line with ABB strategies, and risk profile of the

BU and initiate suitable controls. Develop BU and PG’s HSE KPIs, in line with ABB Group requirements, establish and
maintain a robust monitoring, review and reporting process. Assess all proposed changes to scope of work in BU and PG’s and investment proposals for
new and used equipment to ensure that the HSE incident risks are properly identified, and appropriate controls are specified in advance of any changes.
Identify potential weak areas and supports managers in defining/completion of improvement actions/interventions.
