BU and initiate suitable controls. Develop BU and PG’s HSE KPIs, in line with ABB Group requirements, establish and

maintain a robust monitoring, review and reporting process. Assess all proposed changes to scope of work in BU and PG’s and investment proposals for

new and used equipment to ensure that the HSE incident risks are properly identified, and appropriate controls are specified in advance of any changes.

Identify potential weak areas and supports managers in defining/completion of improvement actions/interventions.

Provide information to enable managers to monitor and reviews progress, suggests correction in order to meet the key performance indicators.
