巴斯克酒庄

巴斯克葡萄园（Viña Los Vascos）位于智力圣地亚哥西南 200 公里的科尔查瓜省（Colchagua）一个面积 3600 公顷的大庄园的中心地带，葡萄栽种面积 580 公顷。

这一整片土地是全智利最大的葡萄园之一。

1988年，拉菲罗斯柴尔德集团接手酒庄时，酒庄已拥有土地面积2200公顷，葡萄种植面积220公顷。选定巴斯克的原因是其地理位置与当地微气候条件优

2000年末，巴斯克酒庄迎来了全新的技术团队，全程掌控酿酒过程。90年代种植的葡萄也完全成熟，加上20多年对当地风土气候的了解，能根本地提升葡

萄种植及酿酒的方法，对巴斯克酒庄而言，这也是一个全新的开始。

巴斯克酒庄进入拉菲罗斯柴尔德集团旗下之后，进行大规模的投资扩展：将现有的葡萄品种与新葡萄重新组合栽种、钻井而取得水源，在葡萄园中建起气

象站。随着葡萄的慢慢成熟，巴斯克特级藏酿与巴斯克十年都已被列入智利顶级红酒行列。

VIÑA LOS VASCOS

DOMAINES BARONS DE ROTHSCHILD-LAFITE took over the Los Vascos estate (Los Vascos meaning The Basques, in honour of its Basque origins) in 1988. At the time,

the property extended to some 2,200 hectares, of which 220 hectares were under vine. The pioneering ambition of DBR in Chile was above all the result of extensive

research into the potential of local wines. Many properties were visited and very many wines were tasted before choosing Los Vascos, because of its location near

the ocean and its exceptional soil. Along with ideal weather conditions, Los Vascos benefits from intense exposure to the sun, adequate water sources, semi-arid

soils and little risk of frost. At an average of 130m above sea level and at just 40 kilometres from the Pacific Ocean, the microclimate of Viña Los Vascos has

everything to produce fine wines.

THE LATE 2000s MARKED A NEW STAGE FOR LOS VASCOS, with a new generation of technicians at the helm, and the arrival at maturity of the vines planted in the

90s. The knowledge of the terroirs accumulated over 20 years has been used to refine the qualitative approach in the vineyard and in the winemaking.

Los Vascos is now a single plot, 580-ha vineyard in the heart of a 3,600-ha hacienda. Gradually, the improvements to the property have been mirrored in

improvements in the wines and the vineyard’ s increasing maturity has meant that premium wines like Los Vascos Grande Réserve and Le Dix de Los Vascos have now

joined the very top quality wines in Chile.

The finishing touch to the estate has been the construction of a guesthouse, designed in the traditional Chilean architectural style.

果香，有黑樱桃、覆盆子和李子，整体被轻微的辛料香包裹着。这是款顺滑、甘美的葡萄酒，单宁

柔和，堪称经典之作。

酒体为明亮的红宝石色。酒香以果香为主，极富表现力，蓝莓、樱桃、黑醋栗及覆盆子的气息与胡

椒、辣椒、咖喱及番红花的气息完美融合在一起，绵延悠长。口感丝滑柔软，酒体完整具有诱惑

性。柔和单宁与怡人酸度微妙的结合十分迷人，使这款酒回味无穷。

Los Vascos Cabernet SauvignonCabernet Sauvignon is the classic production of Los Vascos, and is the grape varietal that made the estate

famous. The vintages all share a mature and fruity quality, fresh aromas, and a supple and fleshy structure.

This wine has a sparkling ruby red colour and a pleasantly fruity nose with aromas of black cherries,

raspberries and plums, all with a hint of spice. This is a silky, flavourful wine, with a supple tannin structure.

A great classic.

Bright ruby red colour. Remarkably expressive, fruity nose: aromas of blueberries, cherries, blackcurrants and

raspberries blending perfectly with notes of pink pepper, paprika, curry and saffron.

Velvety, full-bodied and seductive in the mouth with mild acidity and gentle tannins giving very pleasant

mouthfeel.

巴斯克夏多内

巴斯克夏多内口味清新细腻，果香和谐。其中一部分夏多内葡萄来自位于圣地亚哥和巴勒帕莱索之

间北侧的卡萨布兰卡山谷，作为对酒庄自产夏多内葡萄的补充。这款酒清新、甘美、宜人，果香持

久。鼻中香气浓郁，蕴含着甜瓜、香蕉、柚子以及其它热带水果的芳香。

明亮的黄色酒体带着些许金黄色的气泡。闻上去有明显的菠萝，香蕉和葡萄柚以及番木瓜的味道。

果味十足，口感上佳，清新，愉悦，回味持久。

巴斯克夏多内适合作为一款开胃酒，搭配牡蛎，白肉，鱼肉或者奶酪饮用。

LOS VASCOS ChardonnayLos Vascos’s Chardonnay is a fresh and delicate wine, with a harmonious and fruity bouquet. The vineyard’s

own Chardonnay grapes are complemented by a selection of grapes from Casablanca valley located further

north between Santiago and Valparaiso. Flavourful, fresh and pleasant, this wine has an appealing character

with good length of fruit. The nose offers an explosion of aromas with notes of melon, banana, grapefruit and

other tropical fruit.

This Chardonnay shows a bright yellow robe with golden glints. The nose offers pineapple, banana, and

grapefruit aromas combined with some pawpaw notes. Fresh, balanced, and round mouthfeel and pleasant

finish.

Ideal as an aperitif or the perfect match for fish, oysters, poultry, and some mild cheeses.
