Sassy Strawberry MargaritaIngredient: 1/2 oz strawberry schnapps

1 oz tequila 1/2 oz triple sec juice of 1/2 lemon 2 tablespoons strawberry

puree salt

Method: Rub rim of cocktail glass with lemon wedge and dip rim in salt. Shake schnapps, tequila, triple sec, lemon juice, and strawberries with ice, strain into the salt-rimmed glass, and serve.

Spicy Cucumber Martini

Ingredient: 2 oz cucumber juice 2 oz gin paprika

Method: Combine ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker, strain. Serve in a paprika rimmed martini glass.

Ruby Margarita

Ingredient: 1 ½ oz Herradura Reposado

1/2 oz pomegranate Juice

1 ½ oz agave nectar 1 ½ oz lime juice

Method: Salt rim of rocks glass. Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously, and strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime or lemon.

Whitecap Margarita

Ingredient: 1 cup ice 2 oz white tequila(Arandas) 1/4 cup Coco Lopez cream of

coconut 3 tbsp fresh lime juice

Method: Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a margarita glass. Garnish with fruit.

Banana Berry Margarita

Ingredient: 1 whole banana 1/3 cup mixed

berries 1 1/4 oz silver

tequila 1/2 oz blue curacao 1/2 oz chambord 1 oz sweet and sour

mix splash orange juice

Method: In blender, combine with ice and garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.

Blueberry Blossom

Ingredient: 1 oz rum 1/2 oz blueberry liqueur squeeze 1/2 lime juice 1 dash lime cordial

Method: Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

Green Iguana Margarita

Ingredient: 1/2 oz Midori melon liqueur

1 oz Two Fingers gold tequila

2 oz sweet and sour mix

Method: Stir in shaker with ice and pour into a salted glass.

The Aztec

Ingredient: 1/2 oz dark chocolate liqueur

1/2 oz milk chocolate liqueur 1/2 oz tequila 1/2 oz coffee liqueur dash of cream jalapeno pepper

Method: Rim cocktail glass by wetting glass lips with jalapeno pepper then dipping rim into unsweetened cocoa. Combine liquid ingredients in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain immediately into the glass and serve.

Blueberry Daisy

Ingredient: 1 ½ oz gin ¾ oz blueberry liqueur ¾ oz fresh lemon juice 2 barspoons of blueberry

syrup lemon seltzer fresh mint sprig

Method: Shake all ingredients except soda with ice until well combined. Strain into a Julep or Collins glass filled with cracked ice. Top with splash of soda. Garnish with twist of lemon and mint.

Pineapple Margarita

Ingredient: 1/2 cup fresh pineapple

1 1/4 oz tequila 1/2 oz triple sec 1/2 oz orange juice

Method: In blender, combine with ice and garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
