1. Ratnagiri: Situated at 375 kms south of Mumbai & this yard is the oldest of the company. It is capable of fabricating & erecting 14 vessels of various sizes
2. Mumbai : The Ghodbunder yard spread over 12 acres of land & equipped with 4 slipwaysfor building hulls upto 125m length
3. Goa : This yard spread over 5 acres of land & is owned by Pinky Shipyard Ltd. It has facilities of building vessels upto 5000 DWT & upto 140m in length

6. Mangalore : It is located in Kundroli west with an existing 28.3 acres of land. It has production supply vessels of 2900 DWT

Shipbuilding process overview
Stages in the process of ship building1. Bid proposal
broad design of the ship based on basic specifications. It is a very important step of the business.
2. Discussions on the Specifications and agreement
ship price, shipbuilding process, genral layout, specifications, etc are determined and agreed upon.
3. Performance Design
speed is the most significant factor of any ship. It ensures speed specifications by adjusting the hull form and tank testing.
4. Basic Design
other factors like load capacity of cargo, ship stability, fuel cost, etc to be complied with the specifications.

6. Production Design
