1.4 Opening an Object in Datasheet View 1. Double-click the name of the object that you want to open. (OR) Right Click the Object and Click Open. http://www.skitfy.com 1.5 Opening an Object in Design View 1. Right Click the name of the Object that you want to open and Click Design View. အထက္ကပံုဟာ Table တစ္ခုကို Datasheet View န႕ၾကည့္ျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Access မွာ data ကို သိမ္းတာဟာ ဒီ table ပါ။ ပံ ုမွာ ေဒါင္လိုက္ (Column) ကို Field လို႕ေခၚပါတယ္။ အလားလိုက္ (row) ကိုေတာ့ Record လို႕ေခၚပါတယ္။ EmployeeID, FirstName, LastName, Address, City, State, PostalCode, HomePhone ဆိုတ ့ Field ေတြ န ႕ ဖြ ႕စည္းထားတ ့ row တစ္ခုဟာ န္ထမ္းတစ္ေယာက္ရ ႕ record တစ္ခုပါပ ။ Navigation button

အထကကပဟာ Table တစခက Datasheet View န႕ၾကညျခငးျဖစပါတယ။Access မာ data က သမးတာဟာ ဒ table ပါ။ ပမာ ေဒါငလက (Column) က Field လ႕ေခၚပါတယ။အလားလက (row) ကေတာ Record လ႕ေခၚပါတယ။EmployeeID, FirstName, LastName, Address, City, State, PostalCode, HomePhone ဆတ Fieldေတြန႕ ဖြ႕စညးထားတ row တစခဟာ နထမးတစေယာကရ႕ record တစခပါပ။

1.8 Closing an Object1. Click the Close button in the top-right corner of the object.
1.6 Switching Between Datasheet and Design View1. Click the View Button.Datasheet to Design View Design View to Datasheet View
Table တစခရ႕ Design View မာ Field Name ရယ၊ Data Type ရယ Description ရယ ေတြ႕ရပါမယ။(Description က ခဏေမထားပါ။) Field Name: -Space (သးလ႕ရေပမ) မသးပါန႕။ -တတပေရးပါ။-ျမငရတ FirstName လ ေရ႕စာလးအၾကးသးပါ။ -လအပရင Under Score သးပါ။ e.g First_NameData Type: လကရ table မာ Text န႕ Memo ၂ မးပျမငရပါမယ။Data Type ရ႕ dropdown list က ၾကညရင -Text, Memo, Number, Date/Time, Currency, AutoNumber, Yes/No,... စသညျဖင ေတြ႕ရပါလမမယ။ ေလာေလာဆယမာ -Text -Date/Time -Number -Yes/No ေလးမးက မတထားပါ။
