Create A Member ListingCreate a Profile:
1) Open your Internet Browser
2) Visit www.suffieldchamber.com3) Click on “Join” Tab
4) Select Type of Business
5) Fill Out Info
6) Check Out

4) Select Login Link
5) Enter your Email and Password
6) Press Login

Edit or Update InformationBusiness Name - As listed on Google (do a search in Google for your business name on your “Places” page)
Long Business Description - Type out a detailed description or add a ‘Mini Website’ with backlinks and text editing in HTML
Short Description - Focus on possible Keyword Phrases
URL Slug - Cannot edit.

Meta Keywords of your industry and related words to your business
Meta Description Keep your phrases keyword focused
Business Phone (___) ___-___ format
Alternative Phone (___) ___ -___ format (For Chamber to contact You)
Fax (___) ___ -___ format
Email - Enter a valid email address for the company contact person
Contact Person
Contact Bio - Owner / Staff. Enter a localized description of the owner or staff member. **Can add Linkedin in HTML Card (Plug in Session)
Website Address URL - including the http://www
Google Map URL (Plug-in Session)
Google Map Embed Code (Plug-in Session)
Google Analytics - Tracking Code (Plug-in Session)
Type of Listing: Cannot edit, if change contact admin at [email protected]
Categorize Your Business - NOTE: Please Only Select Industry Related Categories. If you have a category that you need added please email it to [email protected]
Business Location - This shows up on the page, should match what you have on Google. This address helps people to find your location.
Business Location - home based business can ‘hide’ their address.
Business Hours - Enter the hours you do business and if there are closings or holiday closings, enter this information into the Additional Information below
Additional Info - **Can add HTML calendar (Plug in Session)
Upload Logo Width should be no wider than 300 pixels. Please convert to 72 DPI before uploading
Upload your QR Code. Create a QR code for free at www.qrstuff.com
Add your Social Media Links - clean hyperlinks (press refresh)(Plug-in Session: Get help with claiming your vanity url’s)
Add your Billing Information
Address of the person who handles the billing/renewals, must have a valid email address in this area
Images must be uploaded on the “Images” Tab. Please note, images must be smaller than 600 pixels wide. You must own the rights of images before you upload these.
Files - Upload a PDF of a Menu, Pricelist, Catalog, Marketing Flyer, Coupon etc.. Utilize the File tab for uploads and then select the files
