Project Purpose / Business Justification
Company X is a leading automobile manufacturing company. However, one of the major issue faced by the manufacturing
department of the company X is the lack or shortage of the workers. As a result of which the manufacturing department is
unable to reach the production goal of the Company X.
Objectives
To focus on ensuring timely appointment of new workers in manufacturing department of Company X by using tracking system
from different recruitment agencies thereby achieving production goal and streamlining the entire hiring process.

Improving the efficiency of hiring process for Automobile Company X
Scope In: Designing interview process, creating database pool (pipeling), measurement of efficiency of the process
Out of Scope: Conducting interviews, Shortlisting candidates, preparing questionnaire, hiring workers
