Meet Medal of Honor recipients Maj. Gen. James Livingston and Col. Roger Donlon at Yokosuka’s NEX Main Store for an autograph, handshake or picture. Maj. Gen. Livingston (USMC retired), was awarded the Medal of Honor for heroic actions in 1968 during the Vietnam War. Col. Donlon (U.S. Army retired) is the first person to receive the Medal of Honor in the Vietnam War, as well as the first member of the U.S. Army Special Forces to receive this medal.
