The Flaveurs Bières et Caprices Evening, a Gargantuan Culinary Experience!
As part of its festival, the Mondial de la bière announces a special and unforgettable evening: 9 countries, 18 beers, 9 gourmet appetizers and 1 cider with chocolate and cheeses, all in one evening! A perfect occasion to discover beer and food pairings conceived by experts! The gourmet appetizers* will be prepared in collaboration by Chef Louis Rodaros from the Montreal Hilton Bonaventure and Alsatian Chef Daniel Zenner. Listed on the menu, beers* originating from Germany, Belgium, Canada, the United States, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Czech Republic and the 18th editionʼs special feature: the United Kingdom.
