Projects Date Center ABN Amro - Lahore, Pakistan

o Head the project of re-designing and re-development of the data center in Lahore for ABN Amro Pakistan. It was a tier III data center and it requires to host the most critical banking applications along with the DR site in Karachi. Me and my team got a special reward and bonus and letter of appreciation from the CEO of the bank for the timely delivery of the project.

Data Center – Finca Microfinance bank Formerly Kashf Microfinance Bank

o Kashf Microfinance Bank started their operations in 2008 all over Pakistan, I was hired as Manager IT & ADC and a totally new network infrastructure needs to be build. I was leading all different projects of IT from hiring the team to managing them for different responsibilities. In my supervision the team has built a stat of the art Tier Iv data center and providing all the services along with the mission critical application through centralized data center. The data center was built and implemented by considering all the international standards of power, cooling, data, fiber optic and rack installations and deployed high end SUN servers along with HP servers.

ATM Infrastructure - Finca Microfinance Bank Formerly Kashf Microfinance Bank

o The complete project of ATM machine deployment is handled and initiated by me, selection of the machine, procurement, certification with the ATM switch, deployment plan, ROI documentation, installation and making the project successful within the time limit.

Virtual Resource Solution – Installation/configuration of call center.o Design and implement a project of a UK base Call Center which has

two offices in different location of UK (Coventry). I have used Inter-Tel VOIP telephone exchange DB version 5.0 providing the facility of Hunt Groups, ACD, Trunk call from both sides (remote and local), Call-view (Software which integrates with Inter-Tel exchange) support for call agent/managers and recording servers etc.

Bahrain Defense Force – Implementation of Cryptoflow (Certes Networks)

o Implement Certes Network Solutions to enable the encryption while the data is in motion. This project was recently managed and executed by me, my team has implemented the product between 4 sites. I have done the complete documentation of the project assign different roles to my team and get the delivery of the project within time line.
