Haneda handled 66,735,587 passengers in 2008.[2] By passenger throughput, it was the busiest airport in Asia and the fourth busiest in the world, after Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, Chicago's O'Hare Airport and London Heathrow.[2]
