These guidelines to improve energy efficiency of heat treat furnaces are based on proven engineering principles and track records. Very simple things should be done first to reduce very fast the energy consomption of your industrial furnace.

本论文的指南是根据工程原理和历史跟踪记录，以提高热处理工业炉的能源利用率。事情是很简单的，首先应该做的是迅速减少您的工业炉的能耗。

Never buy the cheapest furnace ! 不要购买最便宜的炉子！

You shall gain few money one time !您只是开始时节省了一些钱！

What about the future ?/未来是什么？

Most of the time, the metal heat treatment requires to heat tons of metal to treat parts at their surface. We will be able to save a lot of energy when new techniques of heat treatment will allow not to heat any more unnecessarily the inside of the pieces to treat their surface.

大部分的时候，金属的热处理需大量的热能来加热金属的全部，而所需要处理的是其表面。当采用新的热处理技术时，我们将节省大量的能源，因为只对其表面进行处理的工件可以不用加热不需处理的工件内部。
