我趁天氣漸趨和暖，閒來前往參觀曾經在置業安居介紹的新樓盤，親睹新樓的時興配套及用料，拓闊自己的眼光。
現在大廈提供的基本設施愈見講究。以往不少豪華配套，屬於大單位或豪華府邸的專利，近年大部份建築商已把這些豪華配套列入基本設施中。其中我最喜歡的便是裝上櫥櫃面板，嵌入式的雪櫃及洗碗機，加添開放式間隔的美感，中央島櫥檯可作餐檯，一物二用，節省空間，特高的平滑天花和落地大窗，令面積較細的單位視覺上感到開揚。豪華配套例如石英石檯面，無框玻璃淋浴間，特深浸浴缸等等，現在都列為基本設施。有些建築商在廚房和浴室水槽下設置抽屜增加儲物空間。我認為當一個建築商以用家角度來設計單位，代表他重視住戶的需求，亦對自己的產品要求嚴格，應該更加值得信賴。

物業稅率，鑑於近日事故，多倫多市議會投票2015年將物業稅上調2.75%，再加上先前批核額外徵收0.5％士嘉堡地鐵稅項，多倫多居民2015年的稅項增幅為3.2%。
了解物業稅的計算
市政府根據各物業估值再乘市政稅和教育稅而釐定房物業稅率，此外亦依據不同物業類別如住宅、多層住宅、工業和商業，定下稅率。雖然住宅的物業稅廣泛受到傳媒關注，但其它三個類別的物業稅率分別是住宅物業稅率2至3倍之多，亦是市府主要收入之一。
去年安省各市的物業稅收達16億，所收稅款為市內居民提供各種服務包括垃圾收集、剷雪、供水及污水系統、

MPAC在物業的估值扮演關鍵性的角式，而不是對物業稅。你必需了解物業在整體市場上的相對估值，而對業主來說，部分物業稅取決於該市相對其它物業價值。如果物業售價超出市場價格，那麼物業稅單自然會大幅增加；若某物業估值升幅較市場為低，物業稅款亦會相對調低。
當某地區快速發展和新建設令價格提升，導致樓房升值和物業稅攀升。同樣地﹐如果某區域房產價格升幅不及市內其它樓房價格的升幅，物業稅亦會相對減低。
據2014年6月17日報告中提出物業估值與市府收入的關係，當中指出：「樓房價格升幅並沒有為市府帶來額外收入，市府要根據物業重估價的升幅依法按比例減低稅率。」故此，業主並不是按照物業價值而繳稅，而是按市內所有物業的市值的相應比例。

無論是面積較大的家居，還是面積小的住宅。如果是注重家居風水的人，都會在家中擺放魚缸。魚缸的擺放
大有學問。魚缸不宜過大，太大的魚缸會儲存太多的水，從風水的角度來說，水固然重要，而太多太深則不宜。魚缸高於成人站起時的眼睛位置便是過高，因此客廳中的魚缸不宜過大過高，尤其是對面積細小的客廳更為不宜。並不是隨便在家裡擺個魚缸就能招財，甚至有人在家裡擺了魚缸非但不能招來財運，還會損害身體健康。
那些生辰八字缺水的人，擺放魚缸在客廳便會對運程大有幫助，但那些忌水的人，若養魚在客廳中，便決不適宜。如果不知道自己的生辰八字是否適宜養魚，最簡單的方法便是以自己過往的經歷來驗證。若是以往在家中養魚而家運興旺的。便應該繼續養魚，即使搬了新屋，亦不能中斷。但若是以往家中養魚而宅運不寧的，則盡快停止養魚，甚至按風水論與水有關的物件也不要擺放在客廳中。
魚缸四大禁忌擺放位置
禁忌一：魚缸正對廚房爐灶如果家裡魚缸正對廚房爐灶，兩者形成一條直線，此種格局最易使家人的健康受損。特別是影響著家庭主婦的健康。

Well, in fact, there are many ways to add a touch of colour without going all in, or going totally without. Read on for some safe but effective options for broadening your colour palette in ways you can live with, but might not have even dreamed of!
NavyLooking to add a little colour and a lot of sophistication? The rich depths of navy are a perfect accent to nearly any space: it reads as a neutral despite having an obvious colour undertone, allowing it to act as the breakout hue in a conservative palette or as a background to brighter shades.
In other words, it can hold its own, or make other colours sing – especially the warm tones in rich tan leathers, golden metallics, and earthy woods. » Feeling blue? Try navy on:CABINETS: I was originally set on having my cabinets sprayed a more strict neutral when I updated my kitchen, but I’m so glad I went for Benjamin Moore’s Gentlemen’s Gray (#2062-20) instead.
