    Capability Statement

Avtech has been in the precision manufacturing business since 1979, specialising inmachining precision components for a diverse range of industries.

We continually invest in the latest in CNC machining technology, including a largeselection of high-tech machine tools for your precision component manufacturing.

The majority of our lathes have live milling spindles on the turret, enabling them tocomplete a component in one operation, preventing multiple setups and at the sametime, providing a cost saving benet for our customers.

Many of our CNC lathes are equipped with automatic bar feeders, allowing us to machinelarger batch quantities unattended, producing high volume machining with low labourinputs. Our machining centres have a rotary 4th axis, with one having an extra tilting 5thaxis for more complex machining.

Our machining capability is supported by the programming department that utilises the

    latest 3D CAD/CAM and 3D modelling software.

We can assist with design or provide improvement for your product with Solidworksmodelling. We also offer complete turn-key solutions to take your ideas from concept tothe manufactured component. Our quality is backed up when required using a CMM measurement.

Our customers needs come rst and we can manufacture their components in batchquantities of one or two, to batches of larger quantities.
