Charlotte is home to many sports teams, with the most popular being the Charlotte Hornets and the Carolina Panthers. The city has gained a ton of attention in the recent years within the sports world. The Hornets have worked their way up and are making steady strides throughout the NBA. When North Carolina native, Michael Jordan, acquired the team in 2010, he made major changes to help enhance the team.
