‘’Classification of Nutrition’’Nutrition is two types:
Macronutrients : Carbohydrates, Fats and Proteins.
Micronutrients:Vitamins and Minerals.
‘’Carbohydrates’’Deficiency:• Protein Energy malnutrition• Constipation.• Weakness, etc
Functions:• Provide Main Source Of Energy• Energy Production• Weakness, etc• Exert a sparing Action on protein.• Essential for oxidation of Fat.• Helps to bowel movement in intestine.
