The Team Software Process (TSP) Symposium isa worldwide event conducted by the CarnegieMellon Software Engineering Institute (SEI).

This will be the first time the TSP Symposiumtakes place outside of the United States ofAmerica. This great honor and opportunity hasbeen bestowed to Mexico City.

InNovember 2010, he was appointed as Executive Director of the Fundfor Information and Documentation for Industry (Infotec), a publiccenter for research, innovation and technological development of thenetwork of Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (CONACYT).

JIM OVERSOFTWARE ENGINEERING INSTITUTE

Jim Over joined the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) in 1987 as asenior member of the technical staff and has been manager of theTeam Software Process Program at the SEI since 1994. He hasmore than thirty-five years of technical and managementexperience in the software engineering industry.
