เปนการวิเคราะหโครงขาย เพื่อหาความสัมพันธ หรือกําหนดทิศทางการไหล่ ้จาก node เริ่มตน ไปยัง node สุดทาย ในการวิเคราะหขายงาน บางครัง้
เราอาจสนใจประเด็นดังนี้1 การวเิคราะหหาทางเดนิสัน้ทีส่ด (Shortest-path problem) ระหวาง1. การวเคราะหหาทางเดนสนทสุด (Shortest-path problem) ระหวาง
node เริ่มตน และ node สุดทายของขายงาน ใหมีระยะทางที่สั้นที่สุด เชน การหาเสนทางขนสงที่ใกลที่สุด การเลอืกสรางทางรถไฟ เลอืกสรางถนนสรางถนน
2. ใหมีจาํนวนโครงขายนอยทีส่ดุ (Minimize spanning tree problem) เชนใชในการวางแผนวางโครงขายโทรศัพทใหครอบคลุมพื้นที่ทั้งหมดุ
3. การหาปริมาณการไหลสงูสุด (Maximum flow problem) เชน การหาจํานวนน้ํามันที่จะไหลไดมากที่สุด ในการขนสงทางทอ จํานวนรถที่วิ่งไดมากที่สดบนโครงขายถนนที่ไดวางแผนไว จํานวนวัตถดิบที่จะไดรับไดมากทสุดบนโครงขายถนนทไดวางแผนไว จานวนวตถุดบทจะไดรบมากที่สุดในโครงขายของ supplier ที่มีอยู
