PROJECTS DONE

•  Designing of SDR ( Software Defined Radio ) – Prof. Naresh Sharma ( http://web.iitd.ac.in/~ee/Nareshsharma.html ) ,Electrical Dept., IIT Delhi, Fourth Semester, 2006.

o   The project involved writing the code for the software modulation of a signal in MATLAB and C and building the basiccircuitry required for enabling an FM transmitter to work effectively using as little hardware as possible. o  Successfully made and demonstrated a working prototype.

•  Designing of SMPS ( Switch Mode Power Supply ) – Prof. Mamidala Jagadish Kumar ( http://web.iitd.ac.in/~ee/mjk.html ) 

Electrical Dept., IIT Delhi, Fourth Semester, 2006.o   The project involved making a working model of a Switch Mode Power Supply that uses a 230 V A.C to output a 5 V D.C.o  Successfully made and demonstrated a working prototype.

POSITIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES/ACHIEVEMENTS

•   Activity Head of Marketing at the cultural festival of IITD, Rendezvous 2006 – one in six member team responsible forsuccessful marketing of events of the festival. Successfully led a team of four volunteers for the same.

•   Activity Head of Administration and Resources at the cultural festival of IITD, Rendezvous 2005 – one in four member teamresponsible for strategic management and implementation of the festival. Successfully led a team of five volunteers for the same.

•   Activity Head of Administration and Resources during the sports meet of IITD, Sportech 2005 – one in two member teamresponsible for administration and strategic management of the festival. Successfully led a team of three volunteers for the same.

•  Quizzing Club Representative, Jwalamukhi Hostel, IITD – hostel stood 2nd among 10, 2005 – 06.

•  English Debating and Literary Club Co-Representative, Jwalamukhi Hostel, IITD – hostel stood 1st among 10, 2005 – 06.
