Active brain rehabilitation system by linking correlated brain and muscle waves通過加強腦部與患側肢體的聯繫,改善肢體的運動功能
腦功能訓練儀可以測量人體腦電波與癱瘓肌肉的肌電信號,以及
兩者間的共振頻率,從中檢測出中風患者的自主運動意念,用於
控制訓練設備(如機械手)幫助患者進行更有效的復康訓練。通
過這種自主運動意念的訓練,加強腦部與癱瘓肌肉之間的神經聯
結,從而提高患側肢體的運動功能。訓練儀運用了遙距軟件技術
和平板電腦界面,用戶只要輕觸平板電腦就可以使用了。
A novel design of motor function training system is developed
for active stroke rehabilitation. The system can detect the
voluntary motor intention of a person after stroke from the
correlation between the brain and the muscles in the affected
side by using surface electroencephalography(EEG) and
electromyography(EMG). The system consists of an EEG-EMG
controller, an external training device (e.g., a robotic hand for
hand practice) and a telecare system for remote control. The
system aims to improve the motor function in their affected limb
by enhancing the neuromuscular connection between the brain
and the paralyzed muscles after stroke.

touch the head skin surface, which will generate a good electrode
skin contact and also make it comfortable

hand again
• Easy system setup by healthcare professionals, includes real-time
visual feedback, impedance checking, EEG biofeedback.

paralysed muscles.
