Ready to retell?
There was this little guy sitting in a bar, drinking his beer, minding his own business when all of a sudden this great big dude comes in and — WHACK!! — knocks him right off the bar stool and onto the floor. The big dude says, "That was a kung fu chop from China." The little guy thinks "GEEZ," but he gets back up on the stool and continues what he was doing when all of a sudden — WHACK!! — the big dude knocks him down AGAIN and says, "That was a karate chop from Japan." The little guy, not wanting any trouble, and thinking this guy is nuts, gets up off the floor, grabs his beer and moves a few seats further down the bar, and continues to sip at his beer.
Card B
Ready to retell?
All of a sudden, —WHACK!! —without warning, he feels this foot kick him upside the head and he goes sprawling to the floor once again. The big dude says with a smile, “That’s kickboxing from Thailand.” The little guy, having had enough of this gets up, brushes himself off and quietly leaves. He had been gone for about an hour when he returned, and without saying a word, walks up behind the big dude and — WHACK!!! — knocks the big dude off his stool and lays him out cold! The little guy looks at the bartender and says, “When he comes to, tell him that’s a crowbar ( 铁棍 ) from Sears ( 公司名 )."

This is mountain climbing in winter or in icy conditions.
Yes, it’s a recognized sport, but we can see that it’s dangerous. Personally, I wouldn’t want to try this. I notice the ropes which show that the climber is not alone and I suppose no one would do this sport unless they were part of a group. Obviously, they would need to be very fit and trained.
Watch the trailer of a movie on mountain climbing (or mountaineering) and tell what you know from it about the movie.

Titanic is simply one of the best films ever made. Directed by James Cameron it tells the story of the passengers on the first, and last, voyage of the Titanic. It stars Kate Winslet as Rose, a first-class passenger, and Leonardo DiCaprio as Jack, who’s travelling third-class. They meet, fall in love, and then the boat hits an iceberg. The special effects are incredible, it really feels like the biggest ship ever built is sinking. The film is over three hours long but it’s a gripping story with interesting characters and the time passes quickly. Like many of the first-class passengers Rose survives the disaster – the film is her memory of the voyage – but Jack dies in the icy water. I really recommend this film – it’s fantastic – just make sure you watch it on the big screen and not at home!
The review tells us who lives and who dies. This is called a spoiler as it spoils the film for the viewer and is something that should be avoided in a good review.
