In-band Enrollment:Scenario: user is allowed to login with complete UserId and password, but once in has the option of activating the app for use with a Quick Account Access PIN.

Out-of-band Enrollment:User must be enrolled through a secondary means outside of the mobile. For example the user logs into PC Banking and request enrollment.

Enrollment Security:Enrollment might include the generation of an activation authorization code to be delivered to the end user OOB (Postal, email, SMS, Phone call).
