                             Position  name:  Global  ER  Manager  (4  spots)  Accountability:  MCVP  oGCDP/  NST  Manager  Duration  of  the  position:  March  1st  2012  –  May  30  2012  Time  availability:  20  hours  a  week    

General  description:  The  Global  ER  Managers  are  the  main  responsible  team  for  execute  and  develop  strategically  the  ER  plan  with  all  OGCDP  stakeholders.        Responsibilities:    • Develop   an   strategic   plan   with   all   the   material   (proposal   packages   and  

budgets)  based  on  the  three  products:    1) Private  Universities  with  high  English   levels  and  a  high  economic  capacity  

in  its  student  market.  2) Private   Universities   with   medium/   low   English   levels   and   medium/   low  

economic  capacity  in  its  student  market.  3) Public  Universities  with  low  English  levels  and  low  economic  capacity  in  its  

student  market.      • Develop  a  clustering  LCs  plan  based  on  the  three  products.  • Design   an   education   cycle   based   on   the   three   products   (Content:   market  

investigation/   segmentation,   Proposals/   budgets   and   action   plan   creation,  Development   of   ER   skills,   effective   communication,   how   to   make   strategic  approaches,  sales  and  negotiation  training,  public  relations  management  and  execution,  quality  standards).  

• Weekly  virtual  meetings  with  LCVPS  OGCDP  and  NST  Manager.  • Create   a   tracking   tool   in   order   to  make  weekly   internal   reviews   and   ensure  

LCVPs  progress.

• Attendance   some   coaching   visits   in   LCs   with   low   performance   in   order   to  support  and  track  the  ER  plan  execution.

with   LCVPs   oGCDP   and  NST  manager  

•   %   Of   LCVPs   OGCDP  Satisfaction   by   Surveys  and  tracking  meetings  

•   Weekly  reports  of  each  LC  to  the  NST  manager  

• #  Of  new  alliances  created    • #  Of  exchanges  realized  by  

sponsorships  • %   Of   stakeholders’
