一、电子营业执照软件安装1. Installation of the Electronic Business License Software

使用电子营业执照首先需要在微信或者支付宝安装电子营业执照小程序软件，或者安装电子营业执照APP。To use the electronic business license, you will need to firstly install the Mini Programs for Electronic Business License on WeChat or Alipay,or install the Electronic Business License APP.

1.1 微信小程序1.1 WeChat Mini Programs

方法一：用微信扫“电子营业执照”微信小程序码。Option One: Scan the code of WeChat Mini Programs for“Electronic Business License” by using the WeChat.

方法二：在微信中搜索“dzyyzz”微信小程序。安装步骤：Option Two: Search WeChat Mini Programs of “dzyyzz” in the WeChat. Installation steps are as follows:

打开微信，主页里找到“发现”Open WeChat and find “Discover” in the homepage

在“发现”最下方点开“小程序”（图 1）。Open “Mini Programs” at the bottom of “Discover”. (Image 1)

在“小程序”里搜索中输入“dzyyzz”进行查找。（图 2）Enter “dzyyzz” in “Mini Programs” to search. (Image 2)

1.2 支付宝小程序1.2 Alipay Mini Programs

方法一：用支付宝扫“电子营业执照支付宝小程序”二维码。Option One: Scan the QR Code of “Alipay Mini Programs for Electronic Business License” by using the Alipay.

方法二：在支付宝中搜索“dzyyzz”支付宝小程序。安装步骤：Option Two: Search Alipay Mini Programs of “dzyyzz” in the Alipay. Installation steps are as follows:

打开支付宝，主页里找到“朋友”Open Alipay and find “Friends” in the homepage

在“朋友”最上方点开“小程序”（图 1）。Open “Mini Programs” at the top of “Friends”. (Image 1)

在“发现”里查找中输入“dzyyzz”进行查找。（图 2）Enter “dzyyzz” in “Discover” to search. (Image 2)

用手机扫码或手机浏览器扫码安装，安装步骤：Scan the QR Code by using the mobile phone or browser in the mobile phone. Installation steps are as follows:

打开浏览器，首页里右上方找到点开“扫一扫”，扫描“电子营业执照”二维码进行下载Open the browser, click the “Scan” at the upper right of the

homepage, and download by scanning the QR Code of “Electronic

Business License”

扫码之后出现安装包进行下载安装。Download and install the file appeared after scanning the code.

二、电子营业执照扫码下载2. Downloading theElectronic Business License by Scanning QR

Code

法定代表人“登录邮箱”，打开“收件箱”即可查收电子营业执照邮箱下载链接。The legal representative mayreceive the downloading link of the Electronic Business License by “logging into the Email” and open the “inbox”.

点击用户电子邮箱中的“远程下载手机版电子营业执照下载链接”，进入下载验证界面，输入统一社会信用代码和登记时向登记机关提交的法定代表人证件号码，点击“信息验证”按钮。Click the “downloading link to remotely download the mobile version of the Electronic Business License” in the user’s email, enter the downloading verification page, enter the Unified Social Credit Code and the ID number of the legal representative which are submitted to the registration authority at the time of the registration, and click the button of “information verification”.图 2：Image 2:

法定代表人使用电子营业执照软件（电子营业执照微信小程序（建议优先使用）、电子营业执照支付宝小程序、电子营业执照 APP、随申办 APP）的“扫一扫”扫描电子营业执照下载二维码，输入法定代表人的姓名、证件号码和手机号码。The legal representative mayuse the “scan” function in the software of the Electronic Business License (WeChat Mini Programs (most recommended)/Alipay Mini Programs for Electronic Business License, Electronic Business License APP and Suishenban APP) to scan the QR code of downloading Electronic Business License and enter the name, ID number and mobile phone number of the legal representative.

确认以上市场主体信息无误后，阅读并同意《执照下载声明》，点击“下载”进行下载执照。执照下载成功后展示执照图片，初始密码为 123456。After confirming the above information of the legal entity is correct, read and consent the Statement of Downloading License, and click “download” to download the license. The picture of the license will show up after downloading the license successfully, and the initial password is

123456.

法人用户可选择“返回首页”进行其他业务操作，或者选择“修改密码”，输入初始密码123456，和新执照密码，点击“确认”进行修改。Legal entityusersmay choose “back to first page” for other business operations or choose “change the password” to enter the initial password 123456 and the new password for the license and click “confirm” to change.

三、电子营业执照使用3. Use of the Electronic Business License使用电子营业执照小程序中的“扫一扫”扫描应用系统中显示的企业登录二维码，选择电

子营业执照进行验证，验证通过后，点击“授权登录”，PC端即可登录。Scan the Enterprise Login QR Code displayed in the application system by using the “scan” function in the Mini Programs for the Electronic Business License, choose the Electronic Business License to verify. After passing the verification,it will be allowed to log in form PC by clicking “authorized login”.

四、电子营业执照授权管理4. Authorized Management of the Electronic Business License

4.1授权他人管理执照4.1 Authorize Others to Manage the License

法定代表人领取手机版电子营业执照后，可以授权企业其他人作为证照管理员管理电子营业执照（由于电子营业执照软件对下载人的认证技术限制，执照管理员必须是中国人），证照管理员获得授权后可以把电子营业执照下载到自己的手机上。执照管理员下载电子营业执照后，自己可以使用电子营业执照办理企业相关事务，或者授权其他人使用电子营业执照办理企业相关事务。一个市场主体可添加五名证照管理员，有关授权可以更改或者收回。After obtaining the mobile version of the Electronic Business License, the legal representative may authorize other persons in the enterprise as the license administrator to manage the Electronic

Business License(the license administrator must be a Chinese citizendue to the restriction of certification technology of the software of the Electronic Business Licenseon such administrator) , and the license administrator can download the Electronic Business License to his/her mobile phone after obtaining the authorization. After the license administrator downloads the Electronic Business License, he/she may use the Electronic Business License by himself/herself or authorize other persons to use the Electronic Business Licenseto handle the relevant affairs of the enterprise. A legal entity may add five license administrators and the relevant authorization can be modified or withdrawn.

法定代表人点击电子营业执照软件的“授权他人管理执照”，在执照列表中点击选择需要授权管理的执照，输入执照密码点击“确认”进行执照验证。The legal representative may click “authorize others to manage license” in the software of the Electronic Business License, click to select the license in the license list that needs to be managed with authorization, enter the password of the license, and click “confirm” to verify the license.

1）添加管理员：1) Add License Administrator:执照验证通过后，展示“证照管理员列表”，点击“添加证照管理员”，输入管理员的姓

名、证件号码和手机号码，点击“确认”进行添加。（执照管理员必须是中国人，如果不能自己输入姓名，你可以从其他软件把管理员姓名“粘贴”输入）After passing the license verification, the “license administrator list” will show up, click “add license administrator”, enter the name, ID number and mobile phone number of the administrator, and click “confirm” to add. 2）修改信息：2) Modify Information:点击证照管理员列表的“详细信息”，查看证照管理员的信息，若管理员信息有误，法定代表人可以点击“更改信息”，输入修改管理员的姓名、身份证号、手机号，点击“确认”完成修改。如果该证照管理员已经下载了执照，则不可修改。Click the “detailed information” in the license administrator list and view the information of the license administrator. If the information of the administrator is incorrect, the legal representative may click “modify information”, enter and modify the name, ID number and mobile phone number of the administrator, and click “confirm” to complete modification. If such license administrator has already downloaded the license, the information will not be allowed to modify.

3）删除管理员：3) Delete Administrator:点击证照管理员列表的“详细信息”，查看证照管理员的信息，点击“删除管理员”，完成删除。Click the “detailed information” in the license administrator list, view the information of the license administrator, and click “delete administrator” to complete deletion.

4）执照信息：4) License Information:点击证照管理员列表的“执照信息”，查看该证照管理员已领取的电子营业执照记录，点击任一记录查看领用详情。Click the “License Information” in the license administrator list, viewthe records showing thatthe Electronic Business Licenses the license administrator has received, and click any record to view the details.

4.2授权他人使用执照4.2 Authorize Others to Use the License

法定代表人和证照管理员可以授权办事人（由于电子营业执照软件对下载人的认证技术限制，办事人必须是中国人）使用电子营业执照去办理企业相关事务，办事人获得授权后可以把电子营业执照下载到自己的手机上，然后持手机上的电子营业执照办理相关事务。Legal representative and license administrator may authorize a clerk (the clerk must be a Chinesecitizen due to the restriction of certification technology of the software of the electronic business license on such legal representative or license administrator) to use the Electronic Business License to handle relevant affairs of the enterprise, and the clerk may download the Electronic Business Licenseto his/her mobile phone after obtaining the authorization and then handle relevant affairs by the Electronic Business License in the mobile phone.

法定代表人和证照管理员点击电子营业执照软件的“授权他人使用执照”，在执照列表中点击选择需要授权使用的执照，输入执照密码点击“确认”进行执照验证。Legal representative and license administrator may click “authorize others to use license” in the software of the Electronic Business License, click to select the license in the license list that needs to be used with authorization, enter the password of the license, and click “confirm” to verify the license.

1）添加授权信息 1) Add Authorization Information

执照验证通过后，展示该市场主体的“授权信息列表”，点击“新增授权”。点击“授权方式”选择全业务授权或精准授权。After passingthe license verification, the “authorization information list” of such legal entity will show up and click “add authorization”. Click “way of authorization” to choose full business authorization or precise authorization.

全业务授权：选择授权方式为“全业务授权”，对应授权事项是“全部事项”，即不指定具体的业务或事项。办事人领取“全业务授权”的执照后，可以在执照有效期内办理任何业务，即办事人与上级授权人员权限相同。Full Business Authorization: choose the way of authorization as “full business authorization” and the corresponding authorization scope is “all matters”, i.e. not specifying specific business or matters. After obtaining the license with “full business authorization”, the clerk can handle any business during the valid period of the license, i.e. the clerk has the same authorities as his/her superior who gives the authorization.

精准授权：选择授权方式为“精准授权”，并指定相应的授权事项。办事人领取该执照后

可以在执照有效期内办理与该授权事项相关的各项业务。Precise Authorization: choose the way of authorization as “precise authorization” and specify the corresponding authorized scope. After obtaining such license, the clerk can handle various business in connection with the authorized scope during the valid period of the license.图 4：Image 4:图 5：Image 5:

选择授权开始日期和结束日期，点击“选择办事人”将展示“办事人列表”页面，点击左侧单选按钮并“确认选择”，返回新增授权页面，点击“确认”完成授权。Select the commencement date and the expiring date of the authorization, click “select clerk” and the “clerk list” page will show up, click the radio button on the left side and “confirm selection”, return to the page of adding authorization, and click “confirm” to complete authorization.

2）添加办事人2) Add Clerk新增授权时，如果在“办事人列表”中有该办事人的信息，可以直接点击选择进行添加，如果没有，点击“添加办事人”录入办事人的姓名、证件号码、手机号码，点击“确认”进行添加。When adding authorization, if the “clerk list” contains the clerk’s information, click directly to select to add, and if not, click “add clerk” to enter the name, ID number and mobile phone number of the clerk and click “confirm” to add.

授权信息保存成功后，办事人可以去下载相应的执照到办事人手机，还未生效的授权信息可以下载，但不可使用。After the authorization information is saved successfully, the clerk may download the corresponding license to his/her mobile phone, and the authorization information which has not entered into force can be downloaded but cannot be used.

注：Note:

1）企业法定代表人或者证照管理员，可以查看授权事项的详细信息，也可取消授权。1) The legal representative or license administrator of an enterprise are both able to view the

detailed information of authorized scope and cancel the authorization.

2）若录入的办事人信息有误，可对其进行修改；但若办事人已经下载该电子营业执照，则办事人证件号码和手机号不能修改，需先取消该办事人名下的所有授权后再进行修改。2) The clerk’s information entered can be modified if it is incorrect; But if the clerk has already

downloaded the Electronic Business License, the ID number and mobile phone number of the

clerk cannot be modified and the modification can only be made after all authorizations given to

such clerk are cancelled.
