Workshop 3 網格資料匯入與編修: 幫浦模型 Copyright 2004 ABAQUS, Inc Introduction to ABAQUS Introduction(介紹) 下圖中(Figure W3–1)的幫浦組裝的結構反應將在此練習中做決定. 這個組裝的組件 包括有幫浦的外殼(將會單獨的將其網格模型匯入), 一個襯墊, 一個底蓋(cover), 跟 八根螺絲(都會將其 CAD 幾何資料匯入). 本練習會在螺絲上施加上預拉力的負載 這是因為內壓的關係. Figure W3–1 Pump assembly. pump housing gasket cover bolts 在本練習中, 你將要製作這個模型的零件. 至於幫浦的外殼的網格將會從一個 ABAQUS 的(.inp)檔來匯入. 它的某些幾何特徵的修改下面將會說明. 本幫浦的其 餘組件(底蓋(cover), 襯墊(gasket), 等)將會以CAD 幾何來將之自外部匯入. 圖 W3–1 中顯示出整個模型的外型, 在本練習中幫浦的外殼, 襯墊(gasket), 以及底蓋(cover)將 只製作一半就好, 以充分的利用其對稱的好處. Note: 本練習中所製作出來的零件將會在往後的練習中被用來建構整個完整的模型 然後加以分析. 所以務必要按照本練習中的說明並使用其尺寸值不要任意更改; 否 則, 可能導致往後的練習難以接續下去更遑論完成整個練習.
