Part II Purpose

• The purpose of the agreement is to– Specify the organisation of the work– Organise the management– Define rights and obligations including liability

and indemnification– Supplement Access provisions

• The Coordinator– Administration, chair the General Assembly

Part II General Assembly 1

• The General Assembly consists of– One Representative per Party

• Representative can be replaced or have a proxy– But try to maintain continuity

• Each Representative may have a non-voting deputy

• Chaired by the Coordinator’s Representative

• Meets every 6 months, or when necessary

• 15 days notice with agenda

• Proper reference to origin and generator of the information must be made
