Achievements: Outstanding performance of SWRO Plant is to produce water having TDS less then 50

ppm from 70000 ppm on scheduled time (Total 1000 m3 supplied to date) for commissioning activities of MCW system (saving heavy cost Rs, 6.0 million on purchase of less then 50 ppm water.

Maintaining SWRO Plant product water quality and quantity up to 7 years with out any change while R.O membrane life about 3 years.

Modification of 500 Cubic meters per day RO plant from Sea water to brackish water RO plant. (Save amount Rs, 4.5 Million )

Current Responsibilities: Overall responsible of Operation of Utilities department including the operation of

SWRO Plant, BWRO Plant, Drinking Water Plant, Makeup Water supply, Potable Water Supply, Pak steel water supply, KWSB water supply, cooling Tower water treatment, Fire Water Pump House, Nitrogen supply & Natural Gas Supply etc.

Lead the team of 35 employees including Engineers, Shift In charge, Supervisor, Operators and contractors M/S Water Regime and GE

Plane, execute, monitor and expedite the daily maintenance activities. Review the plant daily operational report and advice to achieve the optimum value to

increases the production all plants. Follow the standard operating procedure related to plant safety and operation. Prepare the Technical specification & RFQ. Estimation of Capex, Opex, Volume of Work, Electrical Loads and Manpower. Review the Design and Drawing if any modification and new installation required. Carry out monitoring of all equipment, allied piping and storage facilities for

reliability and health condition using different non destructive techniques and acquire services from inspection department if required.

Coordination, Planning, Monitoring and expediting of utility related works. To conduct training of staff for the improvement of safety awareness and technical

skills to perform as team work Responsible for Team building of services / Utility Department.

Responsible for production operation teams competency, development of talent, training requirement s and mentoring.

SWRO Plant & Bore Wells: Successfully selection, Installation & Commission of PLC Automatic Sea Water RO

Plant (SWRO) having a capacity of 500 cubic meter per day which including ERT. Successfully designing and excavation of 500ft depth and 10” casing diameter Bore

Wells (06 number). Successfully selection, Installation & commission of Bore Well submersible pump. Successfully designing, Laying of SWRO Reject line diameter 6” & length 1km. Successfully designing, Installation & commission of Product water supply pump &

line.

BWRO Plant & Makeup Water Supply Pumps: Successfully for selection, designing, Installation & commission of fully Automatic

(PLC/SCADA) having capacity of 6500 cubic meter per day brackish water RO plant and same capacity Ultra Filtration which is one of the biggest RO plant so for deployed in Pakistan.

04 numbers of RO Trains, 2 numbers of UF Train, 12 numbers of Multimedia system, Successfully selection, installation & commission of Treated water supply pump and

line. Successfully laying & jointing of Reject water line. Involved in designing of settling ponds

Cooling Tower Responsible for procurement and application of different chemicals for dosing of

of 14MW steam turbine. Successfully installed & commission of 600 cubic meters per day brackish water RO

plant.

Responsibility After Project Phase: Responsible for all water treatment plant operation & maintenance. Responsible for all treated water requirement and its distribution inside and outside

plant battery limits. Responsible for procurement and application of different chemicals for dosing of
