Le unità sono complete di controlli e di strumentazione utili per gestire la pressione e il flusso in mandata dalla pompa; sono ideali per qualsiasi applicazione nella quale sia richiesta la portabilità e mobilità. Non è necessario alcun collegamento elettrico.
L’unità di potenza mobile è completa di ruote con freno; il modello fisso è fornito con i piedini regolabili.
Le unità sono fornibili con vari tipi di telaio; telaio tubolare aperto in 304SS, carter chiuso in lamiera verniciata e in 304SS.
Per le unità mobili e fisse, controlli e comandi sono montati a pannello completo di sinottico.
La linea di aspirazione è completa di filtro.
Ogni circuito è completo, su richiesta, di una valvola di sfioro; come optional forniamo la valvola di massima tarata e certificata.

Applicazione: Fornire un sistema carrellabile per collaudo idrostatico con acqua dei cilindri estintori, a gestione manuale con scarico convogliato al serbatoio in grado di raggiungere 690 bar.
Il sistema, unità generatrice di pressione liquido in foto, è concepito per mettere a disposizione una pressione massima di 690 bar con acqua. Una volta che il cilindro è riempito e spurgato, l’unità è avviata e la pompa, rapporto 101:1, moltiplica la pressione del circuito 101 volte la pressione d’aria compressa applicata (limitata con valvola di massima aria compressa a 7 bar). A collaudo avvenuto del componente, la pressione è scaricata manualmente.
Unità simili, cambiando la pompa, possono essere realizzate da 10 bar �no a pressione massima di 4140 bar (60000 psi).
The liquid power unit in the photo, has been engineered to provide maximum pressure of 690 bar with water. Once the cylinder has been �lled and purged, the unit is switched on and pump, ratio 101:1, multiplies the circuit pressure 101 times applied drive air pressure (limited with drive air safety valve set at 7 bar). Once test of the component is performed, the pressure is released manually and �uid drained.

L’unità generatrice nella foto è concepita per fornire una pressione massima di 400 bar con acqua. Dopo aver �ssato il componente da collaudare e impostato il ciclo macchina da PLC il sistema esegue:
- un ciclo di vuoto del valore percentuale modi�cabile �no all’80%;- il riempimento e la pressurizzazione attivando la pompa di rapporto 60:1;- il controllo della pressione a valle mediante regolatore di pressione a cupola.
Alla �ne la pressione è scaricata in automatico e viene generato il rapporto di collaudo.Unità simili, cambiando la pompa, possono essere realizzate da 20 bar �no a pressione massima di 1380 bar (20000 psi).
The system, liquid power unit in the photo, has been engineered to provide maximum pressure of 400 bar with water. Once the test cycle has been set with PLC and the test piece �xed, the unit performs:
- vacuum cycle (adjustable up to 80%);- performs �lling and pressurisations by switching the pump on ratio 60;- the pressures downstream is regulated with a proportional valve commanding air loaded pressure regulator.
Once the test is completed, the pressure is released automatically and test report generated. Similar units, by changing the pump, can be manufactured from 20 bar up to 1380 bar (20000 psi) maximum pressure.
Applicazione: Fornire un sistema �sso, completamente automatico e remoto nel bunker per collaudi idrostatici di tubazioni saldate, in grado di raggiungere 400 bar, completo di creazione vuoto – riempimento e pressurizzazione con acquisizione dati (P e °C) con rampe di salita e discesa personalizzabili e rapporto automatico de�nito dal cliente.

L’acquisizione dati si basa su un insieme di tecnologie, strumenti e infrastrutture il cui obiettivo è quello di migliorare la produttività e la qualità dei processi produttivi. Su richiesta del cliente, l’unità può essere integrata con sistema acquisizione dati (PLC), permettendo il salva-taggio di tutti i dati (pressione e temperatura) generati durante il collaudo ad alta pressioneNormalmente i dati sono salvati su una chiavetta USB permettendo di generare da �le .csv, .xls gra�che e certi�cati richiesti. Su richiesta moduli del cliente possono generati in automatico, salvati sul pc o inviati automaticamente ad un archivio remoto. Alcuni versioni forniti possono essere equipaggiate con l’accesso remoto al software, permettendo di visionare e modi�care on-line i parametri, risparmiando tempo e risolvendo eventuali questioni in pochi attimi.
Data acquisition is based on technologies, instruments and infrastuctures at which the scope is to improve productivity and quality of manufacturing processes. Upon customer request, unit can be integrated with data acquisition (PLC), allowing collecting all data (pressu-re and temperature) generated during high-pressure testing.Normally all the data is saved on USB-key allowing to generate from .csv, -xls �le required graphics and certi�cation. At request custom forms can be generated automatically, saved on pc or sent automatically in a remote archive. Some versions can be provided with remote access to the software, allowing to view and modify on-line parameters, saving time and resolving eventual questions in few instance.
