12 months from date of invoice or sales receipt, but in no event more than 18 months from date of manufacture, that

go od s of its ma nufac ture (G ood s ) w ill be free from de fects of mate ria l a nd w orkma nship. Manufac turers s ole ob liga tion

under the foregoing w a rra nties w ill be limited to e ither, a t Manufa cturers option, replac ing o r repa iring d efec tive G ood s

(sub jec t to limita tions hereinafter provided ) or refunding the purcha se price for such G ood s theretofore pa id by the B uyer,

a nd B uyers exc lusive remed y for brea ch of a ny suc h wa rra nties w ill be e nforce ment of suc h obliga tions o f Ma nufac turer.

If Manufacturer so requests the return of the Goods, the Goods will be redelivered to Manufacturer in accordance with

Manufac turers instructions F.O.B . Fac tory. The remedies c onta ined herein sha ll constitute the s ole rec ourse of the B uyer
