    Chng 1. S lc v lch s VMS

    Cng ty thng tin di ng (VMS) l Doanh nghip Nh nc trc thuc Tp on Bu chnh Vin thng Vit nam (VNPT). c thnh lp vo ngy 16 thng 04 nm 1993, VMS tr thnh doanh nghip u tin khai thc dch v thng tin di ng GMS 900/1800 vi thng hiu MobiFone, nh du cho s khi u ca ngnh thng tin di ng Vit Nam. Lnh vc hot ng ca MobiFone l t chc thit k xy dng, pht trin mng li v trin khai cung cp dch v mi v thng tin di ng.

    1993: Thnh lp Cng ty Thng tin di ng, Gim c cng ty ng inh Vn Phc.

    1994: Thnh lp Trung tm Thng tin di ng Khu vc I & II.

    1995: Cng ty Thng tin di ng k Hp ng hp tc kinh doanh (BCC) vi Tp on Kinnevik/Comvik (Thy in) .

    Thnh lp Trung tm Thng tin di ng Khu vc III.

    2005: Cng ty Thng tin di ng k thanh l Hp ng hp tc kinh doanh (BCC) vi Tp on Kinnevik/Comvik.

    Nh nc v B Bu chnh Vin thng (nay l B Thng tin v Truyn thng) c quyt nh chnh thc v vic c phn ho Cng ty Thng tin di ng. ng L Ngc Minh ln lm Gim c Cng ty Thng tin di ng thay ng inh Vn Phc (v ngh hu).

    2006: Thnh lp Trung tm thng tin di ng Khu vc IV.

    2008: Thnh lp Trung tm thng tin di ng Khu vc V. K nim 15 nm thnh lp Cng ty thng tin di ng.

    Thnh lp Trung tm Dch v Gi tr Gia tng.

    Tnh n thng 04/2008, MobiFone ang chim lnh v tr s 1 v th phn thu bao di ng ti Vit Nam.

    3.2.1. Mc ch:

    Chng 1. Tng quan v mng GSM 1.1. Gii thiu:

    - Mng vin thng t bo l mt trong cc ng dng k thut vin thng c nhu cu ln nht v pht trin nhanh nht. GSM (Global system for mobile communication h thng thng tin di ng ton cu) vi tiu chun thng s ton Chu u mi, s gii quyt s hn ch dung lng hin nay. Thc cht dung lng s tng 2 3 ln nh vic s dng tn s tt hn v k thut nh, do vy s thu bao phc v s tng ln.

    - Lu ng v hon ton t ng, bn c th em my di ng ca mnh khi i du lch v s dng mt nc khc. H thng s t ng cp nht thng tin v v tr ca bn cho h thng ti nh bn. Bn cng c th gi i v nhn cuc gi n m ngi gi khng cn bit v tr ca bn. Ngoi tnh lu ng quc t, tiu chun GSM cn cung cp mt s tnh nng nh thng tin tc cao, faxcimile v dch v thng bo ngn.     - Phng thc truy nhp : TDMA. - S knh cho mt tn s: 8 knh. - Phng php iu ch : GMSK (Gaussian Minimum Shift Keying).

    GSM 1800: - Tn s :

    Uplink : 1710MHz 1785MHz Downlink : 1805MHz 1880MHz

    1.3.1. Phn h chuyn mch SS (Switch System) :

    H thng con chuyn mch bao gm cc chc nng chuyn mch chnh ca GSM cng nh c s d liu cn thit cho s liu thu bao v qun l di ng ca thu bao. Chc nng chnh ca SS l qun l thng tin gia nhng ngi s dng mng GSM vi nhau v vi mng khc.

    1.3.1.1. MSC: (Mobile service Swiching Center):

    GSM. Mt mt MSC giao tip vi h thng con BSS, mt khc giao tip vi mng ngoi. MSC lm nhim v giao tip vi mng ngoi gi l MSC cng (GMSC). Vic giao tip vi mng ngoi m bo thng tin cho nhng ngi s dng mng GSM i h i cng thch ng (cc chc nng tng tc IWF: interworking function). SS cng c n giao tip vi mng ngoi s dng cc kh nng ca cc mng ny cho vic truyn ti s liu ca ngi s dng hoc bo hiu gia cc phn t ca mng GSM. Chng hn SS c th s dng mng bo hiu knh chung s 7 (CCS No), mng ny m bo hot ng tng tc gia cc phn t ca SS trong mt hay nhiu mng GSM.

    1.3.1.2. HLR (Home Location Register) :

    Ngoi MSC, SS bao gm cc c s d liu. Cc thng tin lin quan n vic cung cp cc dch v vin thng c lu gi HLR khng ph thuc vo v tr hin thi ca thu bao. Thng HLR l mt my tnh ng ring khng c kh nng chuyn mch nhng c kh nng qun l hng trm ngn thu bao. Mt chc nng con ca HLR l nhn dng trung tm nhn thc AUC m nhim v ca trung tm ny qun l an ton s liu ca cc thu bao c php.

    1.3.1.3. VLR (Visitor Location Register):

    VLR l c s d liu th hai trong mng GSM. N c ni mt hay nhiu MSC v c nhim v lu gi tm thi s liu thu bao ca cc thu bao hin ang nm trong vng phc v ca MSC tng ng mc chnh xc hn HLR. Cc chc nng VLR thng c lin kt vi cc chc nng MSC.

    1.3.1.4. AUC (Authentication Center):

    Nhm bo v mng chng b s dng tri php bng cch s dng b ba RAND, SRES, Kc.

    Nhng th tc m AUC thc hin to b 3 bao gm:

    1.3.2.1. BTS (Base Transceiver Station):

    Mt BTS bao gm cc thit b thu pht, anten v x l tn hiu c th cho giao din v tuyn. C th coi BTS l cc modem v tuyn phc tp c thm mt s cc chc nng khc. Mt b phn quan trng ca BTS l TRAU (Transcoder and Rate Adapter Unit: khi chuyn i m v thch ng tc ). TRAU l thit b m qu trnh m ha v gi i m ting c th ring cho GSM c tin hnh. y cng thc hin thch ng tc trong trng hp truyn s liu. TRAU l mt b phn ca BTS, nhng cng c th t n cch xa BTS v thm ch trong nhiu trng hp c t gia cc BSC v MSC.

    1.3.2.2. BSC (Base Station Controller):

    BSC c nhim v qun l tt c giao din v tuyn ca BTS v MS thng qua cc lnh iu khin t xa. Cc lnh ny ch yu l cc lnh n nh, gii phng knh v tuyn v qun l chuyn giao (handover). Mt pha BSC c ni vi BTS cn pha kia ni vi MSC ca SS. Trong thc t BSC l mt tng i nh c kh nng tnh ton ng k. Mt BSC trung bnh c th qun l ti vi chc BTS ph thuc vo lu lng ca cc BTS ny. Giao din gia BSC vi MSC c gi l giao din A, cn giao din gia n vi BTS c gi l giao din Abis.

    1.3.2.3. MS (Mobile Station):

    Trm di ng l thit b duy nht m ngi s dng c th thng xuyn nhn thy ca h thng. MS c th l thit b t trong t, thit b xch tay hoc thit b cm tay. Loi thit b cm tay l thit b trm di ng ph bin nht. Ngoi vic cha cc chc nng v tuyn chung v x l cho giao din v tuyn MS cn phi cung cp cc giao din vi ngi s dng (nh: micro, loa, mn hin th, bn phm qun l cuc gi) hoc giao din vi mt s thit b khc (nh: giao din vi my tnh c nhn, fax). Hin nay ngi ta ang c gng sn xut cc thit b u cui gn nh u ni vi trm di ng. Vic la chn cc thit b u cui hin nay m cho cc nh sn xut, ta c th lit k ba chc nng chnh:

    - Thit b u cui thc hin cc chc nng khng lin quan n mng GSM: Fax.

    - Kt cui trm di ng thc hin cc chc nng lin quan n truyn dn giao din v tuyn.

    1.3.3.1. Khai thc v bo dng:

    Khai thc l cc hot ng cho php nh khai thc mng theo di hnh vi ca mng nh: ti ca h thng, mc chn, s lng chuyn giao (handover) gia 2 , nh vy nh khai thc c th gim st c ton b cht lng ca dch v m h cung cp cho khch hng v kp thi x l cc s c. Khai thc cng bao gm vic thay i cu hnh gim nhng vn xut hin thi im hin thi, chun b tng lu lng trong tng lai tng vng ph. Vic thay i mng c th thc hin mm qua bo hiu (chng hn thay i thng s handover thay i bin gii tng i gia 2 ), hoc thc hin cng i hi s can thip ti hin trng (chng hn b sung thm dung lng truyn dn hay lp t mt trm mi). h thng vin thng hin i khai thc c thc hin bng my tnh v c tp trung mt trm.

    Bo dng c nhim v pht hin, nh v v sa cha cc s c, hng hc. N c mt s quan h vi khai thc. Cc thit b mng vin thng hin i c kh nng t pht hin mt s s c hay d bo s c thng qua t kim tra.     1.3.3.2. Qun l thu bao:

    Bao gm cc hot ng qun l ng k thu bao. Nhi m v u tin l nhp v xa thu bao khi mng. ng k thu bao cng c th rt phc tp bao gm nhiu dch v v cc tnh nng b sung. Nh khai thc c th thm nhp c tt c cc thng s ni trn. Mt nhim v quan trng khc ca khai thc l tnh cc cc cuc gi. Qun l thu bao mng GSM ch lin quan n HLR v mt s thit b OSS ring chng hn mng ni HLR vi cc thit b giao tip ngi my cc trung tm giao dch vi thu bao. Sim card cng ng vai tr nh mt b phn ca h thng qun l thu bao.

    Trm gc v tuyn RBS bao gm cc thit b v tuyn v truyn dn. Ericsson cung cp 2 h RBS: RBS 200 v RBS 2000. Mi RBS hot ng trn 2 tn s, mt dng cho tn hiu pht ti MS v mt dng cho tn hiu nhn t MS.

    B. Transceiver Unit - TRU:

    TRU l mt b phn thu pht v x l tn hiu thu v pht t trm ti MS. C nhiu loi TRU ph hp cho tng gii tn. Mt TRU c th phc v cho 8 knh truyn ton tc song cng (full rate duplex), hay 16 knh bn tc (half rate).

    E. Power Supply Unit PSU:
