Prepare a brief vision statement describing where the business should be in five years.  This should not be confused with vision trigger.

A brief phrase that summarizes what the business wants to do. It is the business commitment to customers.

The vision trigger will emphasize the premium quality of your product/service as well as representing everything about the business that will be good for your customers. The main vision trigger will be your company's slogan.

When creating your slogan you need to be creative. Your slogan needs to catch the attention of the consumers. It needs to be something that is easy to remember and should deal with your product/service. Remember this is what customers will think of first when they think of your company. So take the appropriate time and planning when thinking of your company's slogan.

The Business: Mission Statement  E. Mission Statement

Mission statement is the road to the goal.  Prepare a sentence or two that describes each specific area of your proposed business such as: customer­market, product­service, geographic area, business philosophy, concern for public image.

Before writing your Mission Statement, look at other's to get a feel for what you   like  and  dislike.   You  want  yours   to  be  a  direct   reflection  of  your company.   You need to believe in it  100%.   If  you do not believe in your statement, then it should not be your Mission Statement!

Your Mission Statement should include who you are, what you do, and why you do it.   Remember it is not your slogan or your entire business plan.  Your Mission Statement may never be final.  It needs to be reviewed and if necessary edited continuously.

Ensure that all employees have a copy of the Mission Statement and that they understand what it means.  Make sure that your employees can carry out your Mission Statement.

Marketing can be described using the basic marketing functions:  product, price, place and promotion

Product:The commodity that I sell is small electrical appliances like the drier, the music player, and the electronic dictionary, etc. A lot of kinds of electrical appliances are prepared and it satisfies the guest's demand as much as possible.

Price:We examine the market price of the price that exists in the commodity. We examine the price of other appliance dealers every day. We make it to the price not reduced to other electric appliances stores.

Place:Because it is the net sales, a lot of stores are unnecessary so much.  The place where the commodity is kept is necessary. 

Promotion:The advertisement of each commodity can be put on the homepage and the site. Because it is net business, it makes efforts to the advertisement on the net.

However, the commodity of these shops that has been treated is abundant.

We   are   the   net   sales   companies.  It   is   different   from   the   company   that enumerated   it  on.  In our  company,  products  mentioned on easily   find   in   the house,   can  be  purchased.  Our   company  makes   this  an  advantage  and   fights against other companies.

The owner,  Y.C. Entrepreneur, has founded many successful Electronics stores in the Fukushima city.  The owner holds an undergraduate business degree and an MBA from the School of Entrepreneurship,New York University, New York. Y.C. Entrepreneur has also received a Diploma of Merit, New York.

Y.C. Entrepreneur's extensive business enterprises have used several reputable New York City professionals who provide business services. The owner join a long term yahoo company.      

Although consulting income is not included in the financial projections of this plan, Y. C. Entrepreneur usually consults five hours per week at $1500/hour plus travel expenses; fee for a day's consulting is $2000 plus travel expenses.

<Accounting System>

  1.Create a "Chart of Accounts." You will use these account labels when you create your cash flow projections. The "chart" will require more labels if you sell inventory rather than just provide services. The "chart" will require even more accounts if you intend to hire employees.

  

2.Address several items as part of your accounting system. 

  

   A. Transfers initiated to collect funds from their accounts using the equity shareholders.
