From the young age of five, Kristyn could spot people’s gifts. Her earliest recollection was of her grandfather’s remarkable talent to fix vintage valve radios. Quietly fascinated, she wondered how he could possibly know how each small piece is fitted together to create clear sounds of chattering and melody.

In a continuous state of wonderment at the magic of all these gifts surrounding her, Kristyn often pondered what her own gift was. It wasn’t until later in life that she realised that her most precious gift was her ability to inspire leaders to recognise and potentiate their people’s gifts.
