o To become a Pro-Shopper, an annual registration fee of $24 applies; you will activate ONE position in the Shopping Sensation 2x10 Forced Matrix.

o To become a Shopaholic, an annual registration fee of $60 applies; you will activate THREE positions in the Shopping Sensation 2x10 Forced Matrix.

o By creating a Shopping Sensation Forced Matrix “Triangle” (Shopaholic!), you will have 3 positions generating income 10 levels deep.

o An upgrade to Shopaholic at a later date is $48, however without a guarantee of creating a “Triangle” as positions beneath your 1st position may already have been taken.

o If you are an Associate, and NOT a “Shopping Sensation” member, you will receive $1.50 when referring a Shopaholic and $0.60 when referring a Pro-Shopper;

o If you are an Affiliate, and NOT a “Shopping Sensation” member, you will receive $0.75 when referring a Shopaholic and $0.30 when referring a Pro-Shopper;

o On each position of the ten levels in your downline, you are paid a commission after a user has spent $100.

o For example at level ten you will receive a whopping 8% ($8.00) from each of the 1,024 users on the 10th level who spends $100!

o This will happen over and over again each time the user spends $100.o All users can activate 1 position (Pro Shopper) or 3 positions

(shopaholic) in the Global 2x10 Forced Matrix.o Positions are activated left to right, level by level, taking in account

the referral relations.

Forced Matrix Explained

o From their earned “Shopping Sensation” commissions, Associates will receive 75% into their Earnings Account and 25% into their Savings Account.

o From their earned “Shopping Sensation” commissions, Affiliates will receive 25% into their Earnings Account and 75% into their Savings Account.

o Due to this rule, everybody will continue shopping in our RICH Shop, without the need of bringing their wallet.

o Commissions earned by ‘Shopaholics” on any of their 3 active accounts will be added up together and transferred according the same rules.

o Referral Rules do not apply to be eligible earning commissions through level 8. Refer 1 Shopping Sensation “Pro Shopper” or “Shopaholic” to get paid through

level 9; Refer 2 Shopping Sensation “Pro Shoppers” or “Shopaholics”, or a combination of

the two, to get paid through level 10.o Referral Rules are waived for “Shopaholics” and “Diamond Elite Club”

Members.

Matrix Rules

o All users will continue spending money in the RICH Shop because a percentage of their earnings will be deposited into their RICH Safe

o Monies in a RICH Safe can only be spent in our online RICH Shop.

o Shoppers will receive a 5% cash back when making a payment from their RICH Safe balance.

o This cash back amount will be deposited in the RICH Current Account.

If you are a ‘Shopaholic’, any personal spending will be processed as a spending from your main account!

RICH Users Enjoy A Discount When Shopping!

o If you are an Associate, you will receive a 10% discount;

o If you are an Affiliate, you will receive a 5% discount;

o The amount that you save will be transferred to your Savings Account, where the funds are at your disposal for a renewed Shopping Sensation experience.

Shopping Discount

o In order to offer the quality products at the lowest prices, RICH has set up direct relations with manufacturers and suppliers in the USA, India, China and many other countries, cutting out the middle man.

o Through surveys we will learn what particular items our members are interested in and we will explore the international market for desired products.  

o We will always be on the lookout for special deals and don’t hesitate to inform our Procurement Department about interesting merchandize or services if you should know any.

o Products that you order will be drop-shipped directly from the suppliers or one of our ware houses in the various countries, and to reduce the shipping rates we may ship your order via land or sea.

RICH Shopping Experience

oOften our American manufacturers don’t deliver outside of North America but thanks to our own ‘Smart Deliver’ mail and package forwarding service you can still order all RICH products originating from the US, if you live in another country.

oTo open a mail forwarding service is free of charge and you only pay if you are actually using these services.

oOne may pay some extra shipping fees but thanks to our “Smart Deliver” mail and package forwarding services, all RICH users can order any item we offer in our RICH Shop, including those originating from the USA!
