    AN TON CHO CUC SNG Sn phm ca Cooper Power Systems p ng hoc vt qu tt c chun p dng cho ngnh cng nghip lin quan n an ton sn phm. Chng ti ch ng nng cao an ton trong s dng v bo tr thng qua ti liu, chng trnh hun luyn vi s c gng ca ton th nhn vin Cooper Power Systems t khu thit k, sn xut, qung b sn phm v dch v.

    Chng ti khuyn co mnh m ngi s dng lun phi tun theo quy trnh an ton ti a phng v hng dn an ton khi lm vic gn thit b v ng dy cao th v ng h s mnh - An ton cho cuc sng ca chng ti.

    Cnh bo: Thit b ny khng nhm mc ch bo v con ngi. Thc hin tt c quy trnh an ton ti a phng khi lp t hay vn hnh thit b. Khng tun t c th dn n t vong, gy tn thng cho ngi v h hi thit b.

    Nguy him: in p nguy him: Tip xc vi in p cao c th dn n t vong hoc tn thng nghim trng. Thc hin theo tt c quy trnh an ton ca a phng khi lm vic gn ng dy v thit b cao v h p.

    Cnh bo: Trc khi lp t, vn hnh, bo tr, hay kim tra thit b, c v hiu r ni dung hng dn. Thao tc, iu khin, bo tr khng thch hp c th dn n t vong, gy tn thng cho ngi v nguy hi thit b.

    Hng dn s dng ny c 4 loi nh ngha v nguy him:

    Nguy him: Biu th tnh hung nguy him s xy ra nu khng phng trnh s dn n t vong hoc tn thng trm trng.

    Cnh bo: Biu th tnh hung nguy him s xy ra nu khng phng trnh s dn n t vong hoc tn thng trm trng.

    Thn trng: Biu th tnh hung nguy him. Nu khng phng trnh s dn n tn hi va v nh.

    GIAO DIN NOVA i

    Giao Din Ngun iu Khin Recloser Nova i (hnh 3 v 4) vi giao in ngun-iu khin hon ton hot ng c cng vi t vi iu khin From 6 c trang b b chuyn i DC-DC, mch giao din, cp iu khin 19-pin. Giao din ngun-iu khin bao gm u cm 19 pin trn recloser v b si bn trong (iu khin m) c cp ngun t ngun vo ca t iu khin.

    Bo mch chuyn i dc-dc chuyn i 24Vdc t c quy thnh 53Vdc np t in trong Nova i. Ngoi ra bo mch chuyn i DC-DC cn c mch gim st in p bo v cho c uy khi hng hc v cp ngun thao tc ng/ct khi khng c ngun AC. Khi khng c ngun cp AC th c quy s cp ngun thao tc ng/ct. Mt trnh t 4 ln ct vi khong thi gian ng li cc tiu nh c cu hnh cho mi t iu khin m khng cn ngun AC. B recloser v t iu khin c th thao tc hn 1000 ln ch vi ngun c quy.

    QUY TRNH LP T

    Khi lp t recloser, tham kho hng dn ng dng gi lp . Hng dn lp t c i km vi gi gi lp. 1: Kim tra nh mc trn nhn. m bo nh mc, cc thng s t v giao din ty chn trn nhn recloser (hnh 5 v 12) ph hp vi kt hoch lp t.

    2. Th cao p: Trc khi lp t recloser Nova i. Kim tra bn in p cao. Tham kho phn thng tin phc v cho quy trnh kim tra bn in p cao.

    3. Lp t recloser: Lp t recloser ph hp vi khung lp trm hay treo ct ca hng Cooper Power Systems. Xem hnh 6 hng dn di chuyn v nng d .

    Ch : Tun th cc quy trnh an ton a phng khi nng v lp t thit b. S dng cc khoen nng trn my. Nng my nh nhng v khng x dch. Thc hin khng ng c th gy h hi thit b.

    Ch : Lt nghing. Trng tm cao. S dng 4 mc trnh my b lt trong qu trnh nng. Thc hin nng khng ng c th gy tn thng cho ngi v h hi thit b.

    Di chuyn recloser Khi vn chuyn, Recloser Nova i c ng thng v pa lt. Khi di chuyn bng xe xc/cu, recloser phi c c nh trn pa lt trnh gy h hi khi chm vo ch th OPEN/CLOSE. Nng Recloser Thc hin cc thao tc an ton khi nng thit b. Nng my phi nh nhng v khng x dch .

    Ch : Tn thng con ngi. S xuyn c cnh sc. Mang gng tay bo h khi lm vic. Khng tun th c th dn n b ct v xy xt.

    Cnh bo: in p nguy him. Lun s dng so cch in khi lm vic vi thit b ny. Khng tun th c th dn n tip xc vi in p cao, m s tip xc dn n t vong hoc gy tn thng nghim trng.

    Cnh bo: Thit b ny khng nhm mc ch bo v con ngi. Do phi tun th tt c nguyn tc v iu kin thc t an ton ti a phng khi lp t v vn hnh my. Khng tun th c th dn n t vong hoc gy tn thng nghim trng cho ngi v h hi thit b.

Ni dy co p (hnh 7) Lu : dao cch ly v dao ni tt khng c yu cu nhng nn c s dng h tr ng/ct v cch ly.

    Vn hnh in: Recloser Nova i s dng mch giao din t trong v my. Mch giao din iu khin tn hiu ng ct ti khi ng t. Hin th tip im OPEN/CLOSE

    Ch th v tr tip im CLOSE/OPEN bao gm ch th CLOSE mu v ch th OPEN mu xanh nm pha di np recloser (hnh 12).

    Thao tc so cch in (ct bng tay, ng bng in)

    Cm bin p ni nm bn trong Nova i v c ni vi s xuyn ngang. Cm bin cung cp in p thp cho t iu khin Form 6 thc hin chc nng o lng v/hoc bo v La chn cm bin, dy cp, t iu khin c chnh xc khong 2% hoc nh hn hay chnh xc gc pha 1.50 trong vng nhit -400C n +500C Lp t:
