PRINCIPLE OF LASER SHAPING激光切割原理For the high-precision machining of diamond tools, LASERPLUSS Features of laser machining:

激光加工特点uses a diode-pumped solid-state laser that was developed in-house. It makes use of laser diodes that convert electrical ener-gy into light and supply it to a crystal (laser-active medium).These laser crystals are able to store energy for a short time andrelease it again in the form of a very short pulse of light. The pulse length is in the nanosecond range. If the laser beamis used on a material, it absorbs the energy from the light andheats up. The laser pulses cause the material to be machined toheat up so strongly at a specific point that material is removedby evaporation. CutMasterThe CutMaster is the perfect machine to achieve differentlaser-machining processes using only one system. With theCutMaster, it is not only possible to mark parts to the highestprecision, but also to cut circular blanks, produce chip breakersand cut various materials. The pre-cutting technology permits the efficient, economicalentry into the market of machining hard and ultra-hard mater-ials. The cutting of PCD, PCBN and CVD circular blanks is per-formed by repeated removal of layers of material. PreCutterThe PreCutter is a system for cutting of circular blanks andthe precise pre-machining of diamond tools. The PreCutter isexcellently suited to series production and, optionally, can beexpanded with higher power laser sources and additional axes.The modular systems can be adapted specifically to customerrequirements.PreCutter机型适用于圆形毛坯切割机及金刚石刀具精密预加工。此款机型尤其适用于连续生产,并且,可额外选购高功率激光源及增加坐标轴。模块化系统可专门根据客户需求进行调整。

RayCutter HSThe RayCutter HS is the machine of choice for the completemachining of diamond tools. The machining time is reducedenormously because the roughing cut can be integrated intothe machine. Thereby the finishing volume is reduced.RayCutter HS 是金刚石刀具全工序加工的首选机型,包含了粗割工序后,整体加工时间大大缩短,同时也减少精割的余量。

This performance is achieved by means of specially developedadaptive beam shaping that automatically adapts the profile ofthe laser beam to the operating mode. The machine concept issimilar to that of the RayCutter S.这种性能是通过特殊开发的自适应光束成形来实现的,这种变形使激光光束的轮廓自动适应工作模式。加工理念与RayCutter S的相似。

The RayMake software is specially designed for precision lasermachining. In combination with a system from LASERPLUSS,the software enables the highly precise production of diamondtools. The entire manufacturing process runs in an intuitivemanner.RayMake 软件专门为精密激光加工而设计,结合LASERPLUSS系统,

Detailed status information can be found in the setup window.In the basic version, RayMake supports the machining of cuttingedges that have been imported from IGES/DXF files.详细信息在设置窗口可见,在基本版本中,RayMake支持已导入的IGES/DXF文档格式的刃口加工。

RayMake offers numerous possibilities for expansion:RayMake提供了许多扩展的可能性

• Specification and manufacturing of turning workpieces,for example drills and milling cutters on a machineequipped with a rotary axis车削工件的规范和制造(如在配有旋转轴的设备上加工钻头和铣刀)

The part is set up directly in the RayMake software. The Geo-metry data is imported, measurements with a tactile sensor orcamera is specified and the machining parameters are defined.The part can be checked and edited in the 3D view. Any numberof laser tasks can be added; these tasks are then worked throughin sequence. as manufacturing of parts that are positioned on tool holdersand pallets. The holder editor in the software is used to add toolholders and then to load them with parts in the graphic view.After the setup, the laser system is ready for manufacturing byusing RayMake. For this purpose, the machine axes can be movedand zero points will be set. During this process, an overview ofthe status of the LASERPLUSS system is ensured. A bar indicatingthe status is always visible.

AUTOMATION自动化The RayCutter systems can be equiped as necessary by meansof automation. As a result, the machine availability is increased.Round tools are stored in a belt magazine or cabinet magazine.Each individual tool is coded using a transponder and containsall the information relevant for manufacturing. The tool withadapter is fed to the RayCutter using a robot and the clampedin the rotary axis automatically.RayCutter系统可根据需要通过各种自动化方式将系统配备齐全。

The interchangeable pallets from LASERPLUSS can be adaptedwith high precision to the PreCutter and RayCutter systems.Each individual pallet can be loaded with up to 200 parts – forexample, with indexable inserts – and fed into the machinequickly and straightforwardly.
