Outstanding: All orders which are not released can be found if we have checked the Outstanding checkbox.

In Process: All orders which are released but not completed can be found if we have checked the In process checkbox.

Completed: All orders which are completed can be found under completed checkbox.

After entering all values save it as variant

And press Execute(F8).
