W e d i d n o tc o m e a c r o s s a s u p r a l e v a t o r f i s t u l a i n a n y o f o u r p a t i en t s .S u c h a c o n d i t i o n w o u l d r e q u i r e r a d i o l o g i c s t u d i e s [ 1 1] , a n df o r c o r r e c t i o n t h e p o s t e r i o r s a g i t ta l a p p r o a c h w o u l d b ep r e f e r a b l e .
