Przez ten czas opracowano metodologi, jak przy pomocy sztucznego owietlenia poprawia warunki postrzegania dla danego charakteru pracy wzrokowej lub jak ksztatowa otoczenie wietlne, aby uzyska oczekiwany komfort pracy czy wypoczynku. Poznano rwnie wpyw wiata i owietlenia na psychik czowieka. Dodatkowo, w coraz wikszym stopniu mamy wiadomo jego wpywu na regulacj procesw biologicznych zachodzcych w organizmie czowieka.

Rola wiata w yciu czowieka sprowadza si do: Funkcji owietlania czyli umoliwienia postrzegania otoczenia poprzez rozrnianie jego szczegw, stopnia ich jasnoci i barw oraz dostrzegania ruchu, po kreowanie okrelonego nastroju. Zatem wiato ma istotny wpyw z punktu widzenia fizjologii i psychologii czowieka. Efektu biologicznego czyli wpywu wiata na procesy biologiczne zachodzce w ciele czowieka, takie jak: gospodarka hormonalna, metabolizm i krenie krwi. wiato synchronizuje nasz wewntrzny zegar, nadajc naszemu funkcjonowaniu pewien rytm, np. okoodobowy.

Light has had a great influence on the creation of life on our planet. Natural daylight has shaped and accompanied the human species for the past 170 000 years. Once its beneficial effects on the organism were noticed by people, they began trying to supplement the deficiencies or absence of light by using artifical electrical lighting. The first attempts of this type took place more than 100 years ago. During this time, a methology was created for using artificial lighting to improve perception conditions for a given type of visual work, or to shape the lighting environment in such a way, that the desired working or resting comfort is achieved. The influence of light and lighting on the human psyche was also discovered. Moreover, we are becoming more and more aware of impact of light on the regulation of biological processes in the human body.

The role of light in human life comes down to: the function of providing light this means making the perception of our surroundings possible by allowing us to differentiate its details, their brightness level, colors, noticing movement, creating a particular atmosphere. Therefore, the influence of light is significant from the point of view of the human physiology and psychology. the biological effect this means lights influence on biological processes occurring in the human body, such as: hormone secretion, the metabolism and blood circu-lation. Light synchronizes our internal clock, making us function in a certain rhythm, specifically the circadian rhythm.

Licht hatte entscheidende Bedeutung bei der Entstehung des Lebens auf unserem Planeten. Seit ber 170.000 Jahren gestaltet das Licht den Homo sapiens und begleitet ihn, seit etwas mehr als 100 Jahren wird versucht, sein Mangel oder Fehlen durch knstliche elektrische Beleuchtung zu ergnzen. ber diese Zeit wurden Methoden erstellt, wie mit Hilfe knstlicher Beleuchtung die Bedingungen der Wahrnehmung fr die gegebene Arbeit verbessert werde knnen und wie die Beleuchtung der Umgebung zu gestalten ist, um den gewnschten Komfort auf Arbeit und bei der Erholung zu erreichen. Es wurde ebenfalls der Einfluss von Licht und Beleuchtung auf die Psyche des Menschen untersucht. Zustzlich sind wir uns immer mehr bewusst, welchen Einfluss das Licht auf die Regulierung der biologischen Prozesse im Organismus eines Menschen hat.

Die Rolle des Lichts im Leben des Menschen umfasst vor allen: die Funktion der Beleuchtung also der Ermglichung der Wahrnehmung des Umfelds durch die Differenzierung seiner Einzelheiten, des Grads ihrer Helligkeit und der Farben, der Wahrnehmung von Bewegung sowie der Kreation einer bestimmten Atmosphre. Licht hat demzufolge also einen wichtigen Einfluss auf die Physiologie und Psyche des Menschen. den biologischen Effekt also den Einfluss des Lichts auf die biologischen Prozesse im Krper eines Menschen, etwa den Hormonhaushalt, den Metabolismus und den Blutkreislauf. Das Licht synchronisiert unsere innere Uhr und verleiht dem Leben einen gewissen Rhythmus.

Proper lighting shows care about the entire lighting implementation process , which consists of: a competently carried out documentation of the li-ghting design project, lighting equipment (luminaires) of the right quality, professional execution and implementation of the lighting installation.

Technika wietlna to dziedzina nauki obejmujca zagadnienia zwizane z wytwarzaniem wiata i formowaniem jego rozsyu, pomiarami wiata i owietlenia oraz stosowa-niem owietlenia w celu prawidowego odwzorowania otoczenia.Specyfik Techniki wietlnej jest jej interdyscyplinarno. Czerpie ona midzy innymi z dokona takich nauk, jak: fizyka, chemia, elektryka, architektura, fizjologia, psychologia, czy historia sztuki. W centrum stawia jednak ocen reakcji czowieka na wiato. Z tego powodu dziedzina Techniki wietlnej posiada swj specyficzny ukad jednostek opar-tych o wiedz na temat zmiennej czuoci widmowej oka ludzkiego, zwanych wielkociami fotometrycznymi.

Lighting technology is a scientific field which encompasses matters associated with how lighting is generated, distributed and measured. Results are applied to accurately represent the appearance of the surroundings. A specific feature of lighting technology is its interdisciplinary character. It combines knowledge from many different areas of science, such as physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, architecture, physiology, psychology, and history of art. However, it remains centered on the assessment of human responses to light. For this reason, the field of lighting technology possesses its specific system of values based on the knowledge of the variable spectral sensitivity of the human eye, called photometric values.

Lichttechnik ist ein Bereich der Wissenschaft, der Fragen der Erzeugung von Licht, der Verteilung von Licht, der Lichtmessung sowie die Anwendung von Beleuchtung zur korrekten Wiedergabe der Umgebung umfasst.Die Besonderheit der Lichttechnik ist ihre Interdisziplinaritt. Sie nutzt dabei die Errungenschaften von Wissenschaften wie der Physik, der Chemie, der Elektrik, der Archi-tektur, der Physiologie und Psychologie, der Medizin sowie der Kunstgeschichte. In ihrem Zentrum steht jedoch die Wirkung des Lichtes auf den Menschen.
