In December 2018, almost all countries signed Global Compact for Migration, which is the general guideline for migration issues. Since 2016 Mr. Akao works at IOM, a UN migrant organization. He provides the response of IOM Sierra Leone to the current trend in Western Africa and also talked about his career steps after his graduation from GraSPP. ＜ゲストスピーカー略歴＞ 2016 年より IOM シエラレオネ事務所でプロジェクトマネージャーとしてエボラ後の復興事業を 担当。 2017 年 、 国外 に出ていったシエラレオネ人移民を活用した国造り事業のプロジェクト管理を担当。 2019 年 以降 は 、 シエラレオネ の若者の雇用・起業促進事業のプロジェクトマネージャーと して IOM シエラレオネ事務所で勤務予定。 2012 ～ 2016 年 、 国際 協力機構（ JICA ） 本部 と スーダン事務所 で 勤務 。 2006 ～ 2011 年 、 IBM のコンサルタントとして主に都内 で勤務 。 2006 年 国際 基督 教大学教養学部卒、 2013 年 東京 大学公共政策大学院 2013 年卒。 Moderator: Dr. Kazuyo Hanai Assistant Professor at the Policy Alternatives Research Institute (PARI)
