Addressing the audience of representatives of the Ningbo Municipal Government, Camellia Prize and Camellia Commemoration Prize winners, their family members and members of the press, Camell ia Prize winner Mr Helge Hareland, CFO of NIP Co. Ltd, shared in his speech, ‘My personal hope for the future is two-fold. I hope that Ningbo enters into a phase where Chinese companies start hiring foreign experts, in the same fashion as foreign companies have hired Chinese experts. After all, if you intend to grow beyond the boundaries of your own country, you need to acquire language, culture and networking competences.

‘While all focus has been on foreign males, most people tend to forget that behind every foreign male expert, there is a well educated, knowledgeable and professionally- experienced wife or partner.
