    Borneol l mt dn cht cha oxy ca monoterpen. Borneol c s

    dng trong Y hc c truyn ca nhiu nc trn th gii nh Trung Quc,

    Vit Nam, n , Philippines,Trong Y hc c truyn Trung Quc v Vit

    nam, Borneol c dng vi tn gi Mai hoa bng phin, c 2 cng nng l:

    (i) tiu tn mng mng v (ii) khai khiu tnh thn [9]. Hin nay, Borneol l

    mt trong nhng nguyn liu c gi tr cao trong ngnh dc.Theo Dc in

    Trung Quc, Borneol l thnh phn quan trng ca khong 63 sn phm t

    tho dc [31]. Vit Nam, Borneol c trong thnh phn ca nhiu Dc

    phm thuc cc nhm thuc khc nhau nh nhm gim au - khng vim (cao

    dn Sinsinpa), nhm thuc tim mch (PC.CARDIO Vin h tm) v cc sn

    phm thuc nh mt (Osla, Eyelight Cool, Vimaxx, Optamix,). Hin nay,

    trn th trng ha cht c hai loi Borneol khc nhau: (i) Borneol tng hp l

    hn hp ca DL-Borneol v Isoborneol (c c tnh) [4]; (ii) Borneol t nhin

    c thnh phn chnh l D-Borneol. Theo mt s nghin cu, Borneol tng hp

    b bin tnh, phn hy trong qu trnh bo qun v bin i thnh Camphor

    (c th ti 45%-97%) l thnh phn c c tnh; trong khi Borneol t nhin

    khng c c tnh [16], [30]. V vy, ngy nay ngi ta c xu hng s dng

    Borneol t nhin thay v s dng Borneol tng hp.Ngun Borneol thin

    nhin ch yu c ly t cc cy thuc h Dipterocarpaceae (Dryobalanops

    aromatic C. F. Gaeth), h Asteraceae (Blumea balsamifera (L.)DC.). Hin

    nay ngun nguyn liu sn xut Borneol thin nhin ang bi thiu ht, gi ca

    Borneol trn th trng tng ln. Do , vic to ngun nguyn liu sn xut

    Borneol thin nhin l rt cn thit.

    Vit Nam, t thi chng Php, nhn dn ta bit khai thc Borneol

    t cy i bi [7].Cy i bi c c tnh qu l d trng, d chm sc, c th

    pht trin nhiu ni, trn cc vng t kh hn [24]. T l Borneol v

    Camphor trong tinh du i bi thay i theo tng vng: H Giang: 57,82%

    Borneol, 1,12% Camphor; H Ni: 50,57% Borneol, 18,71% Camphor; c

    Nng: 5,70% Borneol v 70,05% Camphor [5], [11]. Vi cng mt thi im

    thu hi, cc mu i bi thu hi ti cc a im khc nhau c hm lng

    Borneol trong dc liu kh tuyt i rt thay i: H Ni: 0,03%; Thi

    Nguyn: 0,01%; H Giang: 1,75%; Nam nh: 0,26% [8]. khai thc

    CHNG 1: TNG QUAN

    1.1. Loi i bi Blumea balsamifera (L.) DC.

    1.1.1. V tr phn loi loi Blumea balsamifera (L.) DC.

    Chi Blumea DC. c khong 55 loi trn th gii, phn b chu Phi,

    ng Nam ti Bc chu i Dng. Vit Nam c 30 loi, gp ph bin t

    ng bng, trung du ti min ni [2].

    Loi Blumea balsamifera (L.) DC. thuc phn lp cc: Asteridae; Lin b

    Cc: Asteranae; B cc: Asterales; H cc: Asteraceae; Chi: Blumea.

    Tn ng ngha: Conyza balsamifera L.; Baccharis salviaLour.;Blumea

    balsamifera var. microcephala Kitam.; Pluchea balsamifera (L.) Less [2], [3].

    1.1.2. c im thc vt

    Theo cc ti liu [2], [3], [6], [38] loi Blumea balsamifera (L.) DC. c

    cc c im:

    Cy bi hoc cy bi thp, cy lu nm, cao 1-3 m. Thn phn cnh

    dng ng pha ngn, nhiu lng, gc cnh ha g nhiu, v mu nu xm.

    Cnh dng ng thng, dy lng mu trng hi vng. L mc so le, thun di,

    kch thc 15-18 x 3,5-5 cm; hp gc l; mt di l ph nhiu lng mt,

    lng che ch a bo nm thng so vi mt l; cung l ngn, mang tai l di

    10-12 mm; mp l x rng ca tha cho n dy, rng cong ln, nh l nhn;

    10-12 cp gn.

    Cm hoa u 6-7 mm, c cung, hnh chy; l bc gm 3-4 vng

    ngoi, mt ngoi ph nhiu lng p st vo nhau, l bc ngoi nh hn, trn

    nhn, di 1-3 mm, l bc trong di hn, hnh di hp di 5-6 mm; ng knh

    cm hoa 2,5-3 mm, c l t ong, ph lng; hoa ngoi hnh chy di n 6

    mm, x 2-4 thy; hoa gia hnh ng, mu vng, khng cung, di 6-7 mm,

    thy c gai tht nh, tha tht lng a bo.

    Qu b, mu nu, thun di khong 1 mm; ph lng tha hoc dy; trn

    c mo lng hi , di 4-6 mm.

    1.1.3. Phn b, thu hi v ch bin

    Phn b

    i bi mc hoang nhiu Vit Nam, Trung Quc v cc nc nhit i

    Nam nh n , Indonesia, Philippines,

    Vit Nam, i bi phn b rng, hu ht cc tnh min ni thp di

    1000m, trung du, ng bng v nhiu o ln, khng c trong rng su. Cy

    d trng, a sng, sng 1-2 nm, c th nhn ging bng ht, cnh hoc cy

    con [1], [6], [24].

    Thu hi

    L i bi c th thu hi 4 t trong 1 nm vi sn lng 50 tn/ha, cho

    khong 50-200 kg Borneol [24]. Tinh du l i bi c khai thc t lu i

    vi tn thng phm l Mai hoa bng phin. Nhn dn ta s dng Mai hoa

    bng phin t th k X. T thi khng chin chng Php, nhn dn ta bit

    khai thc Borneol t i bi, sau tm dng. Ma thu ng ct Mai hoa bng

    phin cho hm lng Bng phin cao nht. Tinh ch Bng phin bng cch p

    bt tinh du, trn Bng phin th vi bt than ci vi t l vi bt: than ci:

    Bng phin l 3:5:100; cho hn hp thng hoa, thu ly Bng phin tinh ch

    [6].

    1.1.4. Nhng nghin cu v tinh du i bi

    Nhng nghin cu trong nc

    - Trong l i bi thng cha 0,21,8% tinh du vi thnh phn ch

    yu l D-Borneol, L-Camphor, Cineol, Limonen, acid Palmitic, acid Myristic,

    cn cha cc Sesquiterpen alcol [1], [5].

    Camphol [21], bng phin, ngi phin, long no hng, i ngi [7].

    Ngoi ra, Bng phin cn dng bi ngoi cha mn nht l lot; pha

    Borneol lm tng s hp thu ca Gastrodin qua ng tiu ha v thc

    y phn b n no. So vi vic s dng Gastrodin mt mnh, vic dng kt

    hp vi Borneol c th c hp thu nhanh qua ng tiu ha, thi gian t

    nng ln nht ca Gastrodin trong huyt tng ngn hn l 5 15 pht so

    vi bnh thng l 30 pht, sinh kh dng ca Gastrodigenin trong no tng

    33,6%-108,8% [37].

    Hin nay, Borneol c dng h tr iu tr cc bnh v phi, dng

    bi ti ch kt hp vi cc dng thuc khc nhm iu tr cc chng bnh:

    sng hng, l ming, nhim trng tai, bnh vy nn, mn nht, bnh v mt

    v thp khp. Dung dch Borneol dng tim, ung tr tim v st khun [4].

    3.1. Kt qu thc nghim

    3.1.1. c im thc vt v hm lngBorneol ca cc mu i bi

    c im hnh thi

    Cc mu i bi thu c c c im hnh thi tng i ging nhau,

    cc c im chung ca cc mu c m t nh sau:

    Cy bi, cao 1-3m, mu xanh phn thn non, nu xanh phn thn gi.

    Thn tit din gn trn, c kha dc, ng knh 5-10 mm. Ton cy c mi

    thm v c lng t mn. Phn cnh dng ng pha ngn. L n, mc cch.

    Phin l thun di, kch thc 8-27 x 2,0-7,6 cm, mt trn mu xanh m, t

    lng hn mt di. Mt di l ph nhiu lng mt. Mp l x rng ca.

    Gn l hnh lng chim ni r mt di, c 9-17 cp gn.Cung l hnh tr,

    mu xanh, hi phng mt trn; mang 1-4 cp ph b kch thc nh dn v

    Kt qu nghin cu v hnh thi cho thy cc mu i bi c s khc

    nhau v mu sc thn, mu sc nh thy hoa lng tnh, c im ngn l

    bc, mt lng che ch. Kt qu nh lng hm lng v thnh phn Mai

    hoa bng phin ca cc mu i bi ti cng mt thi im thu hi (thng 11

    nm 2012) khng c s khc bit r rt: Hm lng Mai hoa bng phin t

    0,63%-0,84%; hm lng Borneol trong MHBP t 95,6%-99,7%; hm lng

    Borneol trong dc liu kh tuyt i ca cc mu t 0,63%-0,84%. Nh vy,

    sau khi c nh cc bin thuc iu kin sinh thi th s sai khc v hm

    lng MHBP v Borneol gia cc mu gim i ng k, cc mu c xu

    hng ging nhau v hm lng v thnh phn MHBP. Kt qu ny bc u

    ch ra rng iu kin sinh thi c nh hng nhiu n hm lng v thnh

    phn tinh du i bi. Tuy nhin, ti thi im hm lng MHBP ln nht

    (thng 9), hm lng MHBP trong cc mu i bi c s khc bit r rt hn

    (1,00%-1,54%). iu ny cho thy yu t ngun gen c nh hng n hm

    lng MHBP ca cc mu i bi.

    Kt qu nh lng hm lng Mai hoa bng phin cho thy hm lng

    MHBP ca cc mu i bi cao nht vo thng 9 nm 2012 (1,00% - 1,54%),

    gim dn v thp nht vo thng 3 nm 2013 (0,22 0,42%), sau li tng

    ln vo thng 4 nm 2013 (0,29%-0,61%). Thi im hm lng MHBP thp

    nht l ma xun, lc cy ra hoa v thi im hm lng MHBP cao nht l

    ma thu, iu ny ph hp vi kinh nghim thu hi i bi ca nhn dn ta v

    mt nghin cu trc ti Vit Nam [8]. Tuy nhin, cn phi tip tc nh

    lng hm lng Mai hoa bng phin vo cc thng 5, 6, 7, 8 ca nm 2013

    v thnh phn MHBP ca tt c cc thng trong nm tm ra thi im thu

    hi i bi ti u nht.

    Kt qu phn tch thnh phn tinh du cho thy hm lng Borneol

    trong Mai hoa bng phin ca cc mu t 95,6% - 99,7% l rt cao, trong khi

    (Hampe) Griseb.subsp. phrygia P. H. Davis (Lamiaceae) 27% - 39% [40].

    Kt lun:

    Nghin cu m t chi tit c c im hnh thi, vi phu ca 8 mu

    i bi c ngun gc khc nhau t H Ni, H Giang, Thi Nguyn, in Bin

    c trng ti cng mt a im (Yn Ninh - Ph Lng - Thi Nguyn) c

    s khc nhau v hnh thi: mu sc thn, mu sc nh trng hoa lng tnh,

    mu sc nh l bc, mt lng che ch, Vi cng mt thi im thu hi

    l thng 11/2012, 8 mu i bi khng c s khc bit r rt v hm lng

    Borneol trong dc liu kh tuyt i (0,63%-0,84%). Hm lng Borneol

    trong MHBP ca cc mu xp x bng nhau v rt cao (95,6%-99,7%).

    Nghin cu s thay i hm lng Mai hoa bng phin trong cc mu

    i bi theo thi gian t thng 9/2012 n thng 4/2013: hm lng MHBP

    trong dc liu kh tuyt i cao nht vo thng 9/2012 (1,00% - 1,54%),

    gim dn v thp nht vo thng 3/2013 (0,22% 0,42%) l thi im cy ra

    hoa, sau li tng ln vo thng 4/2013 (0,29%-0,61%) l thi im cy u

    qu.
