His child had suffered from allergic rhinitis since his birth, and even had forced isolation under the age of 5 due to influenza. Watching his child running between the hospital and home to have medica-tion, injections and drip, his face was wet again from the tears. Chuang Chi, as a father, was so helpless when seeing his child's suffering. He was heartbroken. He was therefore determined to find a good way to defend the health of his family members, never let his little ones suffer from such pain.

讓下一代快快樂樂的成長，是每個父母心裡最大的願望，但每當

新聞又開始播報新式傳染病來襲，就成為許多爸媽最害怕的惡夢

。為了保護小孩，家住基隆的莊智為著手研究抗菌配分，從台大

實驗室發覺了「奈米矽片銀」技術，相較於一般使用酒精殺菌的

乾洗手，新科技不但完全無毒，而且效力更強，產品上市隨即被

搶購一空。看到這個現象，莊智為笑說，這下我們這些做爸爸的

，終於可以放心了！

莊智為指出，市售乾洗手多為酒精成份，但近年來威脅小孩最甚

的腸病毒根本不怕乾洗手，原因出在酒精濃度。他指出，根據醫

學實驗將100萬隻腸病毒病菌放在手上，分別浸泡到濃度75%與

95%的酒精中，實驗結果75%的病毒量還剩餘1萬隻，但95%的

僅剩6隻，也就是說，光使用衛生署推薦的70%以上的乾洗手液

並沒有辦法完全消滅腸病毒病菌，其他包括小兒痲痺、諾羅病毒

的情形也類似。

但若是使用95%的藥用酒精，先不考慮對小孩的皮膚會造成過度

脫水以及蛋白質溶解的破壞，一旦被小孩誤食或者拿去玩，甚至

點火，危險性都相當高。此外，莊智為的大兒子從小身體就不好

，常常進出醫院，更加深莊智為想要替小孩找到安全保護的方法

。終於，在踏遍各大圖書館尋找論文資料後，他

發現，原來就在台灣的台大實驗室內早就已經有

「奈米矽片銀」科技。

簡單的說，「奈米矽片銀」是將矽片奈米化，再

將銀離子植入，一旦遇上病毒，矽片會將病毒完

全包覆，並透過銀離子殺菌，這樣的殺菌過程被

稱為「物理性殺菌」，與酒精的化學性殺菌完全

不同，對人體不會造成任何傷害，就算被小孩誤

食也沒有任何危險。於是，莊智為取得技術後，

馬上將產品量化上市，希望能夠幫助許多跟他一

樣擔心小孩健康的父母們，果然一上市就熱銷。

他說，他還想把產品外銷到全球，讓全世界都知

道，台灣科技實力有多好，讓這個小發明也能成

為台灣之光。

無毒殺菌 「銀河矽」讓每個父母都安心

Since seeing kids grow up happily without illness is the biggest hope for every parent, the outbreak of contagious disease in the news becomes the nightmare for every parent. As a result of that, Mr. Chuang who lives in Keelung decide to create a hand sanitizer formula which can effectively kills all the harmful germs without using alcohol. The experimental team discovers that the (NSP&Tag) technology is not just more powerful than the regular sanitizer but also non toxic. The new formulated sanitizer products have become a big hit in the market, all the stocks sold out in minutes.

According to Mr. Chuang, most of the hand sanitizers on the market use alcohol as their main ingredient and the fact is that enterovirus can’t be killed by the hand sanitizer because it doesn’t contain enough concentrated alcohol. The medical experimental report shows that if you put 1 million enterovirus on one’s hand and put this hand into a 75% concentrated alcohol, the hand will still have ten thousand enterovirus on it, but if you put this hand into a 95% concentrated alcohol, there will only be 6 enterovirus on the hand. In fact, the health department‘s approval hand sanitizer products can’t eliminate the enterovirus, poliovirus and rotavirus.

It is very dangerous for children to use the 95% concentrat-ed alcohol as their sanitizer because it is highly flammable and toxic. Especially, the alcohols will cause skin irritations.

The sanitizer that Mr. Chuang invented is free of toxic chemical ingredients and alcohol free, even it will cause no harm when a child accidentally taste it. Mr. Chuang is looking forward to put his sanitizer into mass production in order to fulfill the needs of the market but also he is hoping to sell this product internationally and to show people around the world that Taiwan has invented such innovated sanitizer product.
