MTA 電子證書下載步驟 步驟一：請您完成線上註冊：

1. 進入 MCP網頁 https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/Default.aspx，進入後點選中

間的 Sign in 選項

2. 登入您的 Windows Live ID 帳號密碼(即.Net Passport 的帳號密碼 ，如沒有，

請到左邊欄目(Sign Up Now)先行註冊再登入)

3. 請輸入您的 MC ID 和 Access Code後點選 Next

4. 請輸入所有有 * 的欄目

5. 最後確認所有 * 的欄目都已填寫後按下 Continue即可。

步驟二：如要下載證書，您須先完成以上線上註冊步驟再依照以下的操作步驟完成證書

下載。

1. 請先行登入至 MCP網站 https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/Default.aspx

2. 登入成功後，請點選左邊”Program Benefits”裡的”Download Certificates”

選項，即可進入您的 MCP證書下載畫面

3. 點選”Access the Certificate Manager tool to download or order your

certificate(s)”

4. 進入”Certificate Manager”頁面

5. 點選需下載或訂購證書的選項、網路速度及確認證書姓氏與名字是否正確後點

選 Next

6. 選擇證書下載的檔案格式與紙張大小後點選 Next

7. 點選 Download 後即可下載您所需的證書。

通過認證後，於 72小時內將收到微軟 email通知，內容如下：

Congratulations on passing your recent Microsoft Certification exam. Now it is time to start taking

advantage the benefits and resources available to you. On the MCP member site, you will be able to

download your certificate and logo associated with your credential, view and share your transcript,

plan future certifications, and access additional resources. FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO ACCESS YOUR

BENEFITS:

1.ACCESS THE MCP MEMBER SITE WITHIN 90 DAYS OF RECEIVING THIS E-MAIL. To access the MCP

member site (https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp), you will need your Windows Live ID, your Microsoft

Certification ID (below), and a temporary access code (below). If you need assistance contact your

Regional Service Center (http://www.microsoft.com/learning/support/worldsites.asp).

2.CONFIRM YOUR PROFILE INFORMATION. After accessing the MCP member site, you will want to

3.DOWNLOAD YOUR DIGITAL CERTIFICATE. Certificates are not shipped automatically. After accessing

the MCP member site, click on the ‘Download certificate’ button on the main page.

4.EXPLORE THE COMMUNITY! Start to get familiar with the resources now available to you from

https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp If you are in Japan, access support for the MCP member site is at

如何找回 MC ID與 ACCESS CORD。有三個方式：

1. 找回微軟所發的郵件。(注意垃圾郵件)

2. 登入 Certiport login MY MESSAGES(右中位置)就可以看到訊息，但

是只有 3個月的期限。

3. 登入 Certiport login My Profile(右上) 程式 Microsoft 編

輯註冊資料。

二、 確定您有 MSN Hotmail、MSN Messenger or Passport 帳號，這是要下載電子證書

所必備的 Windows Live ID。

三、 如果認證通過後三天內，沒收到這封電子郵件，請撥打臺灣微軟客服中心：

0800008833 # 6 # 1 # 1(室話專用)、02-2999-8833(手機、室話專用)

以上都具備之後，請進行下一步
